Loved my stay here. Giuliana was great on check-in and on several issues. Sharon and Jennifer super helpful. Loved the room. The only thing is be sure and check inventory as my 2nd room had missing items than I had to wait over 4 hours. Great cleanliness, breakfast, wifi mostly (my 2nd room did not have good video), very comfy.

Very dirty eyes, I asked the staff for 3 days to wash the bird droppings from the windows, I was only met with aggression from the receptionist, she blocked me on Whatsapp, thanks to which I could contact the staff The gym is in terrible condition. The sauna is inoperable. The pool is filthy. The building's parking lot has been converted into an abandoned warehouse after renovations! There are no kitchen facilities, even though it's a studio apartment. Towels are only provided for one person, even though two people are registered. I REALLY ADVISE AGAINST STAYING IN THIS BIG MESH!!!💩🚽

Expedia told me that I had an ocean view room with 2 queen beds...Upon arrival the hotel knew nothing of our reservation and they tried to give us 2 single beds for 3 people. Not accepting this, they gave me a room with 1 queen and 1 single which I accepted only to find out that the door would not lock. We were then moved to a suit, at no extra charge, with a 1 king and 2 single beds. Only one of the rooms had AC but was tolerable. The food at the hotel was very good and the service was excellent. There was a communication breakdown somewhere upon arrival but all and all a good trip.

The elevators had a mind of their own, stopping at unwanted floors and door problems. There was a sewerage smell that worked its way back up the pipes and made the room smell bad. The neighborhood was full of barking dogs and screeching cars and car alarms going off regularly. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs. The staff were pretty good and the ocean views from the 22nd floor were great. A pity about all the noise and bad smells.

Close to brava beach. Car alarms going off all night but suspect this is everywhere in Iquique.

Oher than the loud noisy street, the hotel was decent.

No fue lo que esperabamos, la habitación no tenia toallas ni muchas de las amenidades que decia en la descripción, al pedir a recepción se notaba que no tenian buena comunicación con mucamas por que nunca llego nada de lo que solicitamos (como toallas) tuvimos que insistir harto y aun asi no actuaron. Los baños no tienen enchufes y los interruptores de toda la habitación estan mal distribuidos. No hay sistema de ventilación en el baño. No lo volveria a considerar como opcion.

Las instalaciones están ok, sin embargo tiene muchas "pequeñas" fallas que sumando, me harían no volver. El AC de la habitación no funcionaba bien, servicio de limpieza deficiente, nos dejaron sin toallas. Para ser un apart hotel las instalaciones no tiene lo mínimo ni para lavar un plato, ni siquiera un mantel de cocina, indicaba que tenía cafetera y no tenía, tampoco secador de pelo, que solicité al WSP, ya que no tenían teléfono en las habitaciones y nunca me lo llevaron. La habitación reservada decía que tenía vista a la playa y con suerte se veían 5 centímetros de mar. No volvería

Impecable! Propre et service de nettoyage efficace! Personnel à l’écoute! Supermarché Jumbo a 5 minutes, playa cavancha a12 minutes à pied! Une vue sur la playa Brava à couper le souffle!

el aseo no fue realizado por el personal a cargo,recomiendo mejor mantencion a los ascensores(lentos y no habia datos de mantencion)

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, seguras, el personal es muy amable, mi estadía fue fantástica el tiempo que pude estar en el hotel, cuenta con gimnasio y piscina, además de tres ascensores que lo hacen más inclusivo.

La ubicación, las vistas y el trato y disposición del personal. Cierta parte de las instalaciones están descuidadas y requieren de mantencion.

El hotel es demasiado antiguo y necesita una remodelación completa, ventanas que no cierran bien y baños con muy mal olor. El espacio de la habitación es muy amplio, con cocina, sofá cama y cama muy amplia y cómoda, eso es un plus comparado con otros hoteles de la zona.

Un hotel muy regular, en términos generales se percibe descuidado

ビーチには近いが反対側に移動遊園地が有り昼間は休園していて夜の８時(まだ明るい)から人出が有り夜中の12時過ぎまで大音量のダンスミュージックがなって眠れなかった‼️２月の終わりまで続くらしいので、その様なディスコミュージックが好きな人以外は予約をキャンセルしないとひどい目に逢う！最終日に飛行場への車の手配を頼んだが、空港専用のはバスは来なくて、無線タクシーを呼んでギリギリ飛行機に間に合った‼️　受付カウンターにいたブルースと言う男の社員は即刻解雇すべきだと思う。飛行機は定刻に出る事を想定して物事を進めるべきだが彼にはその気持ちが一切なかった、私がスペインが話せたので良かったが日本語と英語しか話せない人はここに泊まってはいけない❗南米には結構長く滞在しているがこんなひどいホテルは一度も無かった❗
