Everything about this resort was truly beautiful and amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there is so much to see and do. Will be returning.

I was over charged for my stay for days I wasn’t there. Management and booking reservations weren’t nice and threat that if leave would take days to get a refund or maybe never get my money back. The room’s shower has mold and didn’t clean, they even went to checked, one night were no towels and the back door wasn’t locked, was garbage under the bed and the tv table. On Tuesday late night I was sleeping and staff member knocked on my door. am not happy about it. It was way to stressful. When I supposed to have fun and enjoy my trip.

If you are heading to Emporio, make sure you are patient, as you will definitely have to wait a long time at check in. I waited standing in line 1h15min to check in (That's not a typo nor an exaggeration!), and it seems it is normal for this property. I booked an all inclusive via experia that seem to have disappeared, so i had to pay for it again, and my ocean view turned into a building view! Staff is always nice and super friendly, but the staff at the reception needs more help and need to get a lot more organized!

It’s okay - a bit more run down than the pictures. Restaurants are decent. Good location - 5mins taxi from the shopping village and restaurants. Room was nice and big. Staff could be a lot more friendlier and pleasant

This hotel has very poor food quality and is much more expensive than expected for a 5-star hotel. I would honestly recommend staying at another hotel for this price. The food was terrible, the glasses were dirty, and they even brought me a glass that still had red lipstick marks and someone else’s water stains on it. The pools were also dirty and not well maintained. Very disappointing experience.

Visited May, 2026. This property is well maintained, the hotel grounds is clean, likewise, my room was clean with good amenities, I stayed in building C and had a partial sea view. The pools are well maintained and kids friendly. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Easy access to public transport and convenience stores are a couple minutes walk away. The food and drink were ample, the restaurant staff was very attentive and there was a wide variety of food, the taste was in the better side, I liked Fasano restaurant, the Italian restaurant was okay, but for me the Italian food had a little too much pepper, it was Italian with a Mexican twist, the hotel is on the beach, but the sargassum seaweed hinders the beach experience, overall I will stay here again, its good value for money and very kids friendly, its a good family spot

Very good location and great price!

It's a lovely property with hard working, kind staff everywhere. My room was comfortably appointed as was the outdoor seating areas of which there were many options. Brunch at the on site restaurant was outstanding. The concierge was helpful whenever I had questions. The hotel staff handled minor errors quickly and my stay was enjoyable. I'd stay here again.

For an all inclusive hotel, the fridge was empty when we got there, there 4 of us in the family and the fifth day we were there they gave us one towel for everyone to use and it upsets me therefore I had to call the desk to request for more, they were nice enough to bring us some towels. also bottle water was limited, there was one day where they only gave us one bottle water therefore before we go back to the room we always ask for bottle water at the pool bar. Staff were great and friendly. Also food was always the same nothing different for breakfast , lunch and dinner (this is buffet) they only had 2 restaurants in the building. Another thing for families with kids, apparently kids are not allowed in the pool bar because the bar staff stated it is only for adults but when time came local people with kids were allowed to be in the pool and my kids were not therefore my husband was so upset and we thought that what kind of service is this. I didn’t know that they have this type of people working in this hotel. I wish we were told when we checked in that the kids are not allowed in the pool bar area so we know where we can place ourselves. Also another thing was , we didn’t know as well that to use the facility in the beach area like the cabana, you have to pay extra, those type of things should have been mention to us, so we are aware of what we need to pay or not to pay. We felt like we were all looked at all the time. It was uncomfortable to even chill anywhere where
