Outstanding!

My fav hotel in the north of Dominican Republic- one of the best in the country, just perfect!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The orchid garden is peaceful and sublime. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone from check in, Jose and Claudia, to check out was fantastic. Housekeeping was excellent with superb attention to detail, the wait staff were patient and knowledgeable and the beach staff was accommodating and friendly. The night security guard even got cushions for us so we could stargaze in comfort! It was a wonderful visit for me and my elderly parents. Thank you! We will be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this magnificent hotel. Everything was perfect. Such a beautiful property. The staff are very friendly , attentive and professional . The food from their restaurants was excellent. Beautiful beach for strolling and swimming. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful spot. Stayed a night on business. Would go back for quiet vacation spot. Clean well appointed rooms, friendly staff. Don’t know enough about what else to do around town but for a quiet, affordable, warm climate getaway it’s a sleeper in my book. And I travel quite a bit never make reviews as I tend to be pretty picky.

This hotel is the epitome of upscale its small quiet and very intimate. The staff is amazing and the white glove service is very impressive i always feel like a queen when i stay here i recommend to all my friends i wish nothing but success for this establishment and its staff

This is far from a five-star experience. To begin on a positive note, the hotel grounds are fairly pleasant, with abundant greenery, and the staff is undeniably friendly. However, that is where the satisfaction ends. The food was, without exaggeration, the worst I have encountered in the Dominican Republic. To be situated on a beach and to serve frozen, outdated seafood is simply unacceptable. The dishes failed to reflect the island's rich culture and cuisine in any meaningful way. We sampled the grilled salmon, chicken Marsala, seafood pasta, and a vegetarian dish that was overwhelmingly seasoned with garam masala to the point of being inedible. The falafel that was supposed to accompany the dish was replaced by mushy, paste-like balls. The seafood pasta was made with noticeably stale seafood and a strange, overly sweet tomato sauce. The chicken Marsala was dry and lacked any discernible flavor. These meals were all served at their restaurant, Lucia, which I would strongly advise against visiting. One afternoon, we decided to try the nachos, only to be met with a repugnant odor emanating from the dish. It was difficult to tell whether the chicken or cheese had spoiled, but either way, it was inedible. We ended up eating outside the hotel for two nights, unable to tolerate the consistently poor food. Unfortunately, the local dining options nearby were no better. Best service ever! Great people and beautiful resort.

Very nice place.

The property is spectacular! It’s a very romantic location and loved the service. Everyone was very inviting and the employees all made sure you were taken care of. It was well maintained and exceptionally clean. I just wish they had a more lively scene so if you’re looking for that, this is not the place. However, I felt very safe and top tier hotel.
