For the price this hotel was definitely worth it. We were in an ocean front studio. The room was clean and the beds were comfy but a little run down. The location of the hotel though was amazing!! Everything is practically walkable! We didn't stay all inclusive so we just used the room for sleeping which was perfect. We would stay here again.

Called early morning to ask about availability for 3 Day Passes and they said yes and gave me costs. An hour and a half later I get there with wife and kid and they tell me they are not giving any Day Passes that day since fully booked. I said I just called and one of the recepcionist confirmed she told me by phone it was fine to come in for Day Passes but since they got instructions from management no passes they blew me off with no consideration of the long trip i just made. Completely rude and unprofessional!

Been here 8 times love it. Staff is awesome. Been to some homes of theirs for authentic meals. Feel free to explore the city safely.

Love going to this place for happy hour and a great meal. Right on the beach and the service is always exceptional!!
