The host and her husband were amazing and welcoming! Breakfast was great and fresh! We will definitely be returning guests!

The staff at the 1802 Inn were welcoming and made us feel comfortable upon arrival. The inn was quaint, decorated for autumn, perfect for an October visit. Joanna and Lars were sociable and never hesitated to sit and chat with my husband and me. This inn does feel like home.

Terrific place; terrific people. Definitely worth a stay.

We arrived an hour early and the front door was locked. We had to call a phone number and were told to come back in an hour, not very accomendating. Unfortunately I was in need of a restroom, when I explained the need I was tool "sorry, come back at the check in time". This was not very accomendating. Also breakfast was not served until 9. We had a tour at 9. , again, not very accommendating. They also charged for glass of happy hour wine. However, accomedations were very clean.

Julianna goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable. The inn is so cute and clean, and it is very conveniently located.

This is a lovely place, and we had a very nice time. Two things to be aware of, though: they do not provide toiletries, and the second floor rooms require you to go up narrow stairs. I still think it's a wonderful place to stay.

This was my first B&B experience, and it was SO lovely! The room was cute, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and our host so kind and helpful. It’s a quick walk into the shops and restaurants of Kennebunkport, too! I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay and Julianna was a most gracious hostess.

1802 House was the perfect place for us to stay for a 2 night visit to Kennebunkport and surrounding area. The walk into the main "town" was lovely and avoided finding a parking place in the very limited parking lots! Breakfasts were delicious and served with a smile! Would Highly Recommend!!!!!!

Staying at 1802 is a real treat. The Inn Keepers are very friendly, knowledgeable about the town, and they create a wonderful experience for their guests. The inn is lovely, each room more beautiful than the next. Breakfast is delicious each day, you will love it!

Enjoyable stay in a lovely area

Fantastic stay. Very quiet location but an easy walk to the restaurants and shops. Very lovely hosts and the house was beautiful.

Its a ways from the entertainment areas, but still walkable. Very clean and quite residential area. Hosts are very nice. Breakfast is great!

Beautifully renovated house with elegant furnishings. Rooms are very well appointed. The shower was great ! Super comfy bed. Tea, coffee, water and snacks readily available and complimentary. Lovely grounds and free parking on site. Close to town. The hosts were very friendly. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay for breakfast but it looked and smelled great ! Thoroughly recommend !

What a fantastic stay! The owners are delightful and provided an amazing breakfast each day. The property is beautiful and only a short walk away from all the action in Kennebunkport. Highly recommend for a truly relaxing stay!
