The room was very clean and the staff helpful on arrival and departure. Lack of bar to sit in on an evening was a con for a night cap. Tried to see if room service was available but was unable to speak to anyone.

3rd time we have stayed at the Grey Street Hotel. Reception staff always pleasant.

Close to what I needed friendly staff

Sheets had stains on and my partner woke up with bite like lumps on his legs and my daughter has one on her face

Grey St Hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Newcastle. Right in the heart of the action, but still quiet in the room at night. We arrived by train and the station is only a short walk away. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at all times, as were the housekeeping staff. Our room was spotlessly clean, had lovely high ceilings and sleek decor. The hotel was also incredible value. I’d love to go back and try the spa facilities :-)

We only stayed the one night our room was down a flight of stairs which was a bit of a surprise especially having to visit the loo through the night as the toilet was upstairs no good for anyone with any mobility issues there is no bar in the hotel. Another surprise, we didn't get any noise considering the location of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep

Breakfast was amazing room was beautiful as always love love love staying here!!!!!
