All was very good except the parking which was not a good experience. We left the car elsewhere.&

Friendly and convenient but chaotic! The hotel is really convenient, situated right outside the Hénon station (Metro line C) and the staff very friendly. However, when we arrived they appeared to have no record of our booking (three rooms) and although we paid for late check out (until 3pm) for one of the rooms, on the day we left, we returned to that room at 12pm and it had been fully cleaned, all our belongings moved around, and the door to the room had been left wide open (with all our belongings inside) as reception appeared to have no record of the late checkout booking.

Friendly helpful staff

Room a little basic with few amenities - no facilities for tea/coffee. Bit cramped for two but room clean and beds comfy. Location very good for visiting the hospital, which was the purpose for our stay. Breakfast nice with enough choice. Little hot food but can make your own eggs.

We spent 2 nights here and it was great for what we wanted. Somewhere with on-site parking and close to the Lyon Metro. This hotel met both requirements; it has an underground secure parking facility for €10 per night and Hénon Metro station is just a few metres away. Staff were friendly and included breakfast a bonus ( and delicious)

J’ai eu un mal fou à entrer en contact avec le personnel pour les prévenir que j’arriverai tard car j’étais bloqués dans le train et aurai. Besoin des codes pour accéder à ma chambre. Je les ai finalement eu la personnel qui m’a dit qu’il m’enverrai les codes sachant que l’hôtel annonçait la fermeture de l’accueil à 22h. 22h, 23h toujours rien je rappelle pas de réponses puis enfin en insistant et il me dit qu’il va les les envoyer minuit t’rien j’essaie d’appeler personne. À 1h0 j’envoie un mail pour me plaindre pensant arriver à Lyon sans accès à l’hôtel . Du coup il m’a envoyé les codes et quand je suis arrivée je me suis pris une réflexion. Très mauvaise expérience et communication pitoyable.

Le personnel était très accueillant, gentil et serviable. Un accueil très chaleureux, cela donne envie de revenir.

Peu de personnel au petit déjeuner si bien qu’il manque souvent ou de la nourriture ou des couverts/tasses.

Information contradictoire données par mail et sur place, l’un me dit qu’il n’y a pas de réservation de parking mais que c’est le jour même que l’on doit demander une place, l’autre qu’il faut réserver la veille, du coup je n’ai pas eu accès au parking. Fenêtre mal isolées donc bruyant car en plein centre ville. Si on ok.

Pas de pression dans la douche et impossible de régler correctement la température : ou froid, ou brûlant. Chambre 301.
