The service was nice and attentive. The food was just ok and you had limited number of restaurants on property. We only had entertainment one night during our 7 day stay. I really didn’t feel that the butler service was worth it.

Great experience at a beautiful property. The grounds are well maintained with landscapers working daily. ALL of the staff was courteous and super helpful, especially our butlers. Loved the VIP area as well.

The resort is beautiful and our stay was pretty much perfect. The weather was perfect albeit a little on the windy side but it felt great. The service is impeccable, there is always someone there to assist you when needed. The place is beautiful and exceptionally clean. I would definitely go back again.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved it. We stayed in the towers area and we were assured each day by Israel and he was absolutely amazing. Resort was always clean and all the restaurants were very. The entire eesprt staff was amazingly friendly and happy to help us.

Pacifica has the look of a great resort—but the reality is lazy service, poor management, and a long list of guest frustrations. We’ve stayed at many top-tier resorts, and this was by far the most disappointing. The short version: We arrived hopeful. We’re leaving irritated. Pacifica has the potential to be exceptional, but based on our stay, it’s not even trying. Here’s why: 1. Communication Breakdown I asked to be contacted by email. They ignored that and tried calling our room and wandering the resort looking for us. How they’d recognise us is unclear—maybe psychic concierge is a new amenity? 2. Windy Pool, No Fix On arrival, we tried to relax by the pool but were told the umbrellas had to come down due to wind. No problem—except the windbreak panels that should protect the pool area have been missing for months, as confirmed by guest Instagram posts. Management seems uninterested in fixing this. 3. $31 Coconut, No Warning My wife ordered a plain coconut. Staff said there’d be a small charge. That “small” charge turned out to be $31. Absurd. We also got chased down by phone for not “closing out” the bill—something no one mentioned at the time. 4. Manager Promises, Then Ghosts We raised the coconut issue with a manager, Jorge. He promised to meet us that evening at the restaurant. He never showed, never followed up. Not even a message. For a place claiming to offer high-end service, this is bush-league. 5. Public Toilet Disaster The men’s room near Pescados Sushi Bar

The staff and the food are excellent. They go above and beyond to make sure your taken care of.

Awesome stay!! It was very chill and relaxing which is exactly what I was looking for. The pool is amazing and has a fun experience without getting to wild. Get your chairs early in the morning to get a good pool spot. Breakfast at Siempro was amazing every day. La Frida and Quivero Steakhouse are a MUST. La Frida especially. Overall a great experience. Miss it already and cant wait go back.

The customer service was limited and really not helpful for a 5 star resort! I paid high dollar to stay at! People were rude unwelcoming there was definitely discrimination if you were not causation! I don’t mean harm but all people of different colors should be treated with respect specially if you are paying top dollars to stay at a 5 star hotel!
