El cuarto bien. Solo que las camas queen en realidad son full. Lo único malo del cuarto es que el área de bañar no tiene puerta o cortina lo que ocasiona que se moje el piso del baño. No hay elevador. El personal excelente. Un 100/10 para todo el personal del hotel. La comida del buffet no es la mejor tampoco. La ubicación es buenísima. Los tacos cerca del valet buenísimos también

Clean room, all areas inside and out at the pool were picture perfect, with an unbelievable waterfall in the pool and a lobby set up like a scene from an unforgettable classic movie, a restaurant serving great food with a unique atmosphere and one of a kind serving from staff that make your feel like royalty everything time you say thank you their reply was always “it’s a privilege to serve you sir or madam.” Outstanding!!! Gracias a todos.

Great location. Hotel lobby is beautiful and parking attendants were excellent. We booked a basic 2 double bed room. Not that we watched much TV, but it didnt function. If you like a hard bed then book this room. Very uncomfortable for me. My wife didnt mind. The bathroom facet and shower head sprayed every when turned on. We stayed here previously and the room wasnt like this. Maybe it was a premium room?

Lo único que vendría bien, es una fumigada. Entiendo que es un hotel viejo (muy bien mantenido), pero es desagradable encontrar cucarachitas por todos lados.

Excelente ubicación. El hotel ya requiere remodelacion o mantenimiento, los muebles del baño ya estan viejos

Rooms with no views and staff not to friendly special in the restaurant

Out room was filled with mosquitoes that bit us all night, you can hear everything from the rooms. Employees do not try and consider guest sleeping hours and make a lot of noise. You cant request more than 3 towels for the pool, even if u have t guest in your room. Super dusty and trash under our beds, pool water looked very dirty. Food was horrible.

Was very clean, the staff was friendly

We paid a month before we went there for the nights .The lady at the front desk was soo rude and hateful .The manager told her to give us voucher until they found the issue .She charged my card full price for a room we had already paid for .We presented bank information,them she believed us but almost had to call the bank for her to reverse the second charge .A Bell Hop was rude and told me just to pay again so I could get my luggage off his cart .An old Hotel with 5 star Rude employees !Please save yourself stress and don’t stay here 😬

Gran ubicación si vas a un evento al poliforum o al estadio. Aunque es un hotel viejo muy ruidoso ya que se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo. Tienen música en vivo durante la cena ll cual esta muy bien excepto si quieres dormir antes de las 11pm y tu habitacion tiene vista a la alberca/restaurante
