Great stay from start to finish. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were very Friendly and attentive. Sharon from breakfast was really lovely, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

There’s nothing special about this hotel. The shower head in our family room was awful and barely usable. The toilet didn’t really flush, after maybe 5 or 6 flushes you could get down a few squares of toilet paper. The hotels ceiling had unsightly water damage right outside of our room and the hotel photos show that a Superior Family Room has a kitchen and living room area but that’s not true. It’s basically a triple room but for more money and no extra space, it was very misleading. When I asked the front desk, they offered to upgrade me at an additional cost despite thinking I had already booked that room. Last but not least, do not book here unless you’re ok with kids running everywhere without their parents and people slamming their doors after 12AM because that’s exactly the experience we had before our early morning flight. Would not recommend unless this is your last resort like it was for us.

We booked and paid for a family room with 2 double beds and a double sofa bed. Only to be put into a room with one bed and a sofa. The room we booked didn't exist. Hotel manager named Abdul agreed to a 30% discount. But this must be facilitated through your website. Can someone contact me on this please

It's a nice enough hotel although a bit worn on places. Not great for central Dublin but good shopping in the immediate area. The restaurant choices were limited for a hotel of this standard but the breakfast was excellent. Actually there are many options for eating in the area so you won't have a problem getting fed. All considered it's a good place for a short stop. I couldn't justify 5 stars because it really isn't top notch but it offers great value foroney

A great hotel, friendly staff, great pool for our little one, close to the zoo and in a lovely area next to a shopping centre.

The hotel weee great, I had to cancel a second night I had booked due to a last minute postponement of a meeting and they agreed to do so without charge. I was given an apartment when I checked in and it was really nice.

Team went over and above to support our stay. Hotel is to a very high standard top PGA golfers have stayed there previously and it didn’t disappoint. After leaving for the airport we left out passports in a bag in reception. With no taxis available. The team responded quickly with a staff member jumping in the car to bring them to us. We made our flight and this avoided a disaster. Dublin is special, friendly people will defo go back !

Friendly staff make a big difference. The hotel is convenient and everything was as you’d expect. Could use some updates to the rooms.

Very enjoyable stay. Was like a home away from home, the room we stayed in very spacious. Food was delicious, breakfast was to die for, lots to choose from. Very easy to check in and out with the use of the touchscreen in the lobby

I am not sure if it was the tension of an upcoming protest in Dublin or a busy Saturday night but we arrived late and the door men were not keen to have us come in the hotel. Once inside we realized this was a party hotel as it was 11:30pm and people were everywhere. We stayed in an apartment so there was ample room but things were dated. We also noticed that someone came into our room while we were sleeping to drop off towels. This was a bit unnerving. The hotel was far from Dublin City centre so if your intention is to be in the action I’d say that a closer spot would be better as you’ll pay a lot in taxi fees or be on transit for a long time. We wouldn’t look to stay here again.

This property is convenient to the airport and does its job in that way. Not pretty or outstanding in any way but good location. I did have a good staff experience in which a front desk staff member ran up extra mugs and towels to our group's room quickly during a busy afternoon for him. That was appreciated.

Trip started with a 20minute wait at the front gate waiting for staff to open the gate after ringing continuously and causing a full traffic jam due to there being no tickets in machine. The room was filthy with dust. Id imagine the reason is the cleaners just sit on their phones in the corridors hiding behind their carts from the cameras. We went to the pool with the children and baby. The pool was stinking and changing room were rotten. I had goggles with me to do some laps and had to keep stopping to check if there was anyone else in the lane. I am a river rescue swimmer and felt more like I was in a river than a pool with the merky water. Just seems likes a failing with management in this hotel. Won't be back or send any of our labour from work here
