Good parking facilities Reception staff extremely helpful

The good bits: The location is perfect if you’re travelling, being just off the autoroute. The reception team were nice and friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was ok as a buffet breakfast goes. The not so good bits: There’s not been much money spent on the place for a long time, it’s dated and not the thickest of walls, doors or windows!

Great clean comfortable stop over on the drive up to Calais. Super helpful staff even at 1200 am! Breakfast well worth the euros Rooms basic but extremely comfortable, just what you need for a quick nap! Fantastic value for money

Quick stop gap hotel, front of house were nice though 👍

The Comfort Hotel was conveniently located for an early morning drive to Paris train station/airport. The room was reasonably comfortable and clean. We did not choose to pay extra for breakfast. Our only problem with the hotel was from the online check-in which changed our paid reservation from 4 to 3 people. We were unable to contact the hotel to figure it out before our stay - phone calls were dropped and there was no response to multiple online chat attempts. When we actually arrived the staff were very accomodating, saying the reservation changed due to the room having an issue and they gave us 2 connecting rooms. So it all worked out, but it was still a bit stressful ahead of time.

Quick stop over - easy to access - safe - plenty of parking - clean friendly staff - a little dated in the room but comfortable for a stop over - not ideal for walking distance to Orleans town.

Overnight stop when travelling, very basic, but served the purpose with good clean comfortable beds.

Great for our overnight stopover....comfy beds and decent..

Tired but functional outside just needs TLC

Budget hotel

Basically a shipping container with a portals in corner, very shabby, not very clean although bedding was ok, just one blanket no extras offered, no soap, dodgy bedside lights and very difficult lock on door. Appalling area on edge of industrial estate and mainly occupied by road workers!

The hotel is a bit older. It worked well as a stop off place to sleep. The price is low and the beds are fine.

I’d say value for money. Descent Hotel, when you’re looking for a night when travelling, however not to stay longer. Quite comfortable bed and the air conditioner are the advantage.

The hotel had run out of Bathtowels. We were offered hand towels. Very dissatisfied.
