The location was incredible!! We were so close to everything but loved how quiet the hotel was. This elegant hotel had an amazing staff who were always so friendly and kind. Our room was beyond spacious and we loved having the sauna to use as well.

The rooms and service were excellent

The room was fine. The bed, however, was only marginally better than sleeping on the floor. The “mattress” was so thin that we could feel the construction of the frame through it. We did appreciate having two Pilsners show up every other day and the bathroom was modernized with two sinks and a strong shower. Ok for the price and location as long as you don’t have back issues.

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Prague. The Charles Bridge is just a short walking distance away, making it very convenient to explore the city’s main attractions on foot. There are many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The location is perfect for travelers who want an easy and comfortable city stay.

Very courteous and helpful staff that made our stay easy. The cleanliness was spot on and the view from out room was beautiful!

Although we paid for a premium room, it was the smallest room i have ever had. We had to move the bedside table to open the door! We had no hot water for 2 days. Mini bar was free but they wouldnt change the full fat coke for diet! I spoke with management and they did nothing!
