Beautiful hotel in Mallorca. The staff was friendly and the views were stunning. The spa services were great. The small downsides of the hotel include; the pools were cold and there are limited chairs around the pool, the ocean was quite rough where you can access it from hotel and we had little ants in our room. Other than that we loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location with mini markets/restaurants nearby and a 2€ bus ride into downtown Palma.

The biggest redeeming quality of this hotel is the outdoor facilities and the swimming cove. The beds in the main building were comfortable and the room was pretty clean but I’ve never stayed in a louder hotel in my life. You can hear all of your neighbor’s conversations and it sounded like people above us were moving furniture every night. Fire alarm went off at 2am as well. AC in room was decent. Went through 6 key cards in 3 days due to them not working as well. (We are aware they can’t be near phones or magnets.) Breakfast was great. The $35 dinner buffet was okay but not great. Overall was okay for a first trip to Mallorca, but would stay at a neighboring hotel next time.

The hotel a little, restaurants around the hotel are limited. Hotel bar needs to improve cocktails. Room and the facility is clean. Our room was specious. Pools are enough, see is nice. You can take a bus to central locations. Breakfast was good. I plan to go again.

The best Hotel that I ever have tried, recommend it to everyone , breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are the best.

The hotel has nice view to the sea with access to the beach. They should provide free water bottles. There are only two or three restaurants near by and a small mini market. Most of the furnitures inside the hotel area are old. Parking spots are very small so if you have regular size car it is difficult to park. Pillows are very uncomfortable.

Fabulous, safe spot. Lovely little coves and beaches, plus mini-markets, restaurants etc. Staff seemed dissatisfied, bar reception. Breakfast staff absolutely appalling to the point of shouting at guests for removing dirty plates that should have been cleared to sit down. Food was chaotic and cooked often cold, but all else, great. Suspect there is an under-staffing issue there

Stayed here for a few nights in between European cities, which was nice to sit and enjoy the beach. Bus was super convenient into Palma, right outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet had decent selection and was nice to not have to go offsite for this meal. Pool area was nice and family friendly. Although they say reserving chairs is prohibited, people had their towels out bright and early reserving chairs. It is nearly impossible to get chairs by the pool/beach so be prepared. Service was very slow at the restaurants onsite, and staff at the pool bar wasn't very inviting. Rooms definitely need to be updated but did the job.

Pictures are extremely deceiving, very outdated, room 2.5 star at best. The price you pay is solely for the view of the BonSol hotel & lower deck area. No parking providing and no staff aside from front desk.

We all enjoyed our stay here. We were in awe of the room and the view. Loved being able to jump into the ocean right from the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. 10/10 stay, would come again.

Not a lot of food options. Transportation is hard unless you’re renting a car. Other than that, great stay.

The service, people and atmosphere was more than satisfying and I would definitely come back here again!

My family recently stayed at this property in a 2 bedroom Oceanfront suite. The view was beautiful and the pool and sea were beautiful. That is where the positives end. Our first night I called and complained that we did not have hot water. I was told that we should have hot water. On our 3rd night at around 4:45 am we heard a pop and discovered our hot water heater had broken and was spilling all over the room. My husband went up to the front desk and got the man working. He gave us towels, but we had to get trashcans and get rid of the water for hours. It took many calls and trips to the front desk before a maintenance person was available to help. We had to cancel our travel plans that day to tend to the emergency. We were offered to move rooms, but the room was a smaller room which would not have been big enough for our family. Luckily the hot water heater was replaced and we did not have to relocate. The hotel assured us that we would be given compensation, but since we booked through Expedia none was given. They offered a cabana, which we couldn't use for most of the day as we were tending to the water in the room. We were given one day free parking. Note there is very limited parking at this property and it is 20 euros a day for the few spots they have. We paid a ton of money to stay at this property. While this was an isolated incident, it was not handled well. The property lied about a refund for the trouble that was given.

Stayed here for 5 days with my partner. For the both of us, it was amazing. Buffet had a huge variety. The room/hotel was clean. The view was amazing. The swimming pool area was also fantastic! A very beautiful beach is nearby. The cleaning lady was also the sweetest.

This hotel itself is beautiful. The ocean is beautiful and nice to swim in. The staff was friendly, however, it seemed as though they were understaffed. When we arrived no one helped us with our bags, which we were expecting for the price that we paid, that the staff would be a little more helpful. They didn't really explain the hotel or show us around either, which we hoped they would at least direct us to our room.

This hotel is exactly what appears online which is refreshing. We were in awe when we first walked out and it took us a moment to simply take in the beauty. The hotel was a bit tricky to get used to due to the many floors but once I figured it out, it was easy to navigate. A tip would be to make notes so you can recall that the 4th floor is the lobby, and the 3rd floor is the restaurant / bar, etc. I wish more of the bars stayed open later. You can always find a drink but after 5 or 6 pm, you’ll have to make the walk to get a drink each round. That was a bit annoying but I was willing to deal with it for all that we got.

It's feel like motel not hotel for $400 night

Visited the property for a trip with some friends. The location is ideal with a lovely beach not far away and beachbar not too far away either. Palma is an easy visit on the bus and very cheap to do too. The welcome was lovely, we had a wonderful greeting and the entrance is very modern. The rest of the hotel is a bit of a maze. I had a partial view of the sea and my room was quite dated. The shower screen leaked all over the bathroom floor too. It was a comfortable sleep however, the doors are thin so as soon as people started banging from 7am you are woken up. My friend had an issue with her room key, 6 times she had to go to reception and most times she was told it was her fault because it was near her phone - it was not. She didn't get an apology, just a shrug. We also tried to eat at the a la carte one night but left after 20 minutes when noone even offered us a drink. We then went to the buffet and the sea food was lovely. The food overall was ok, service left a lot to be desired and in parts it is dated and dusty. The gym air con wasn't working. One member of staff deserves a shout out. Dani was fabulous. It was a good trip and nothing about the hotel really spoilt it but it's not somewhere I would look to visit again. it is comfortable and lovely location just needs some refining.
