The hotel is ok. The location is very convenient because it is directedly connected to a nice shopping mall, with restaurants, cinemas, etc. The condition of the hotel needs updating, with dented furniture, faded carpets, etc. The most negative point has to be the breakfast offering, with a dismal buffet and overloaded eggs station, where you have to wait forever. I've been here in the past and breakfast used to be much better.

The parking lot was very crowded mainly at night. It was very inconvenient.

Will stay at Fiesta next visit in Torreón

Elevators did not work for 3 days of my stay out of 5. Had to walk up the stairs to 3rd floor. Very bad service on that front should have had them fixed, had other employees stay same hotel about 2 months ago and they had same complaint elevators did not work.

Wonderful place

Beautiful hotel and being next to the plaza is great, the awful part is that after driving 300 miles and arriving at 8 PM with my 4 little kids and my dog (50 pound dog) almost had to beg to let me check in, blaming that the dog is not small, the hotel has a policy about pet friendly but only for SMALL dogs, it blamed Orbitz/Expedia to not show the policy, that it is in the official site that is NO WHERE TO FIND IT, the person at the lobby could not show me where it is, the official site only has an icon of a dog next to the word pet friendly.

They do not offer airport shuttle even though it turned up in the search parameter for hotels with airport shuttle. Do not book if you’re looking for a hotel with airport shuttle services.
