The facility is a little old but the staff was great and it’s in a great location. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and the gated parking lot was a big benefit.

Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff Room was very clean and comfortable would definitely stay here again. All staff seemed to enjoy their work and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

The room is nice but the view is terrible They were very strict about check in at 2 pm exactly The restaurant smells bad

All good as usual

The service is very good. The personnel responds quickly to any request. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Variety and good quality. The AC is average. At certain occasions it could feel a little warm. Rooms have a bathtub which may results a little uncomfortable to some guest. Location is a good one. Apart and near attractions at the time. Would recommend is the price is fair.

The hotel is very welcoming, with pleasantries you don’t find any more - like a variety of glassware in the room, and a book about the hotel with stationary inside, All the staff was excellent from the front desk to the sweet lady who cleans the rooms. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

This property is within an easy 10 minute walk to “old town” Zagreb, is well maintained and offers a great breakfast.

Location: Only a couple block walk from the train station on a quiet street. And a very short walk into the old town. Very convenient. Room: Had an upgrade to an executive room which was nice and spacious. Hotel: On a quiet street. Nice breakfast included. Clean rooms. Staff: Very nice and helpful during our stay. Would stay here again.
