Let me start with the positive. The room itself was very nice. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. The poor is the service. The hotel's website states that the complimentary airport shuttle is available from 6 am-11 pm. To confirm, we made a 7 pm phone call to the hotel and were told the shuttle ran until 10:30 pm. When we arrived at the airport at 9:00 pm, the front desk person said they were the only one there and that we should take an Uber and would be reimbursed. We did that and emailed them the receipt it took 5 days before they responded. I was told they would credit my credit card that evening. Five days past and still no credit. I called at ~8 pm. I was put on told for over 20 minutes because the person who answered was the only one there (which presumably meant that the shuttle would be again unavailable). When they finally got back to my call they did send me a receipt that showed that my card had been credited that day or 5 days after promised. In short, if you want to be able to trust what is written and you are told, book a different hotel.
