Good clean hotel The only drawback asked for double bed room and did not get it

Exceptional location 👍 But the hotel conditions not in good shape , windows are not seal properly, you feel like you are sleeping in the middle of the street Rooms are too small But we will back for the location

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The location is incredible. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. It does get quite loud sometimes at night, even during the week. The room was very hot, and we asked about the air conditioning, it is central and the heat was on. We were not able to cool the room other than to open windows. Ok to do but it was really loud outside. The blow dryer did not work but they did bring another one, which also overheated. No make up mirror was also a little challenge. Huge mirror in the bedroom was great, but no lighting over it, so it was a bit dark to use for makeup. Overall, a great experience at this hotel. The staff was really great and the location is unbeatable.

The location is perfect. Traversed the city with out a single uber. Staff were so helpful and kind. Our room’s balcony faced the Gran Via which was beautiful and with the well insulated door it was very quiet. Beds/pillows were quite comfortable. While the hallways and furnishing show some age but well maintained. Price value on Petit Palace is excellent. …. Also there is not a shuttle to the airport as indicated on the Expedia listing.

The room was spotless and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was great with a nice selection of fruit, breads and hot items. Good location, 2 minute walk to Gran Via, about 20 minute walk to the center and museums.

Rooms needs upgrade. Also we booked for a 2 bed rooms and the rooms given to us was only king size bed.

There was a very strong, unpleasant smell of sewage throughout our stay, even though we said and were informed that they would try to treat the smell. The bedding was not clean. The best thing about the hotel was its location.

Great place to stay perfect with when traveling with a child walking distance from everything we had a corner room with a view of grand Via and it was awesome. Hotel staff was really nice rooms were clean.
