The first night the ac stopped working. They took a while to fix it. For three days they didn’t clean the room even though I gave them a tip. Upon leaving I asked for a late checked and they charged me which in USA they wouldn’t and they didn’t want to help me contact the taxi service I paid for. The drinks were the cheapest and so was the food. All inclusive means the cheapest stuff I wish I knew!

Great place for the prices. Better than many all inclusive been to. Would return.

I felt the buffet lack variety. Our room air never worked. Some staff were rude. Lack of entertainment.

We loved our stay however we did not enjoy the food.

I'm telling you this place is 10 out of 10 and everything was just amazing I've been to numerous all inclusives in the Dominican Republic this was the best price and not only the best price the best at everything it was just amazing. Jose in the front was great at checking in and Monica and guest services was also amazing the only thing I didn't like at all was having lines at the bar no one goes to a bar to wait online that's just ridiculous and also there is no ice machine anywhere on the property that's a little bit annoying also other than that it's just perfect in every way

Was not the room, I booked in Expedia, but they try to fixed it. . Even it was not the room I paid, they have a clean room.

We loved our destination/resort. Our rooms was clean, and we stayed in the VIP area, which was absolutely fantastic. Our accommodation's were all we hoped they could be. The advertised hot tubs were not hot just pools with bubbles and the food was terrible. We took care of the staff each day but we were there for 9 days and were only permitted to book dinner 4 out of the 9 days. We would love to recommend Vista Sol, but we were get dissatisfied with the food.

Picked this resort on a whim and it was a great choice! The room was amazing and so was the view. Many things todo! The food was okay. Wish we would’ve gotten the opportunity to visit the restaurants. Very kid friendly also, will be traveling again to this resort!

Outdated rooms. Terrible bathroo.s. Uneatable food.Bad beer. We had to go outside to eat and drink .

Almost everything was perfect, food was delicious, and staff is very friendly. Buy rooms are old ans our bedrooms sheets were not clean at old. Overall, good hotel.
