Comfy bed. Aircon not too cold and noisy. Front desk friendly and helpful

Stayed for one night and was very disappointed. The room was quite run down, and the bed headboard (or whatever it was meant to be) was in dire need of replacement. Worst of all, there was a horrendous sewage smell coming from the bathroom — no exaggeration. They did send someone to address it, which made things slightly more bearable, but it was still extremely unpleasant and should have never been an issue in the first place. For a one-night stay, it was a major inconvenience. The fridge wasn’t plugged in when we arrived (I had to sort it myself), and there was no minibar, despite what was implied. Overall, this was not a comfortable or welcoming experience. I definitely wouldn’t return.

The hotel is very nice. Pleasant place. I really enjoyed the breakfast. You can choose whatever you like from the menu and even if it is not. The manager has been very kind and professional and very customer focused.

Met my initial expectations from a Business hotel.

The hotel was very nice, tidy and clean. The evening restaurant served very nice food. There was only a couple of things which were not so great: 1/ No Airconditioning during winter as heating is on. The room was 26 degrees which was too hot to sleep. I was told to open the window but its quite a busy road outside and lots of cars tooting their horns 2/ Breakfast was limited in relation to options of cold food.

Very polite staff. Hotel is clean and comfy. Breakfast is excellent. Business district Aurel Vlaicu very close by. Also subway station within 10 min walk.

Hotel has good position for offices around, but we had a hard time booking the rooms because the prices spiked up a month before, although after some days they went dramatically down and hotel refused to reimburse the difference or apply benefits. The breakfast was excellent, although with little variety, and I have to say that service was really at top, with reception and waiters at complete disposal. When arrived I found the heating broken, the day after I was sent a reparation, which did not fix the issue completely, but temperatures overall were still ok. The rooms are a bit tired, bed are definitely not comfortable and sheets are really messy, it is impossible to sleep well in all these folds and covers which are none of the right size. For the price you can find something better around or in the center.

Helpful fast service. The breakfast staff was also very efficient and attentive. The room was of good standard and well equipped. Would go again. Perhaps a bit far out of out.

This is my third time at the Crystal Palace, and I've got nothing to say that is bad about either the staff or the rooms. Highly recommended.

This hotel DOES NOT have air conditioning!!!! Beware!! The front desk staff are rude and I am pretty sure they just don’t like foreigners.. We complained about the A/C and finally they moved us to another room that had windows in separate rooms so we could have a “draft”. Lady at the front desk had the audacity to tell us that the entire hotel switches to only heat in the winter time. It might have been the end of October but it was prob 80 degrees outside. We almost walked across the street to another hotel and would’ve just forfeited the money but we had way too much luggage & were exhausted after spending 2 weeks road tripping through Romania. The bed was actually pretty comfortable but the bathroom was dirty and the sink was so clogged I had to rush when brushing my teeth. Overall the absolute worst experience we have EVER had in any Hotel. Period.

Very nice hotel, beautiful building. Walking distance from the city centre (about 15-20 minutes). Helpful staff, big rooms, quiet area no noise coming from outside, free parking.

Hotel staff had me a to-go breakfast for my early flight out. White glove checkin service. Hotel lobby is gorgeous and modern by any standard.

Great hotel and service

Decent hotel close to a nice mall (Promenada) and relatively close to the airport. The area is not bad, or good, just meh... Friendly staff and better than average breakfast!

The hotel is generally neat and tidy. Aircon seemed a little lacking. The rooms are on the small side, but well presented. There was a slight confusion about my booking, which the staff bent over backwards to sort out. The staff generally are a real credit to the hotel, and make the stay so much more enjoyable. A good hotel to use if you need to stay in Sector 1.
