Room was very clean bar staff is amazing food was awesome

Televisions and remotes in the rooms have been updated, but the remotes do not work well at all. Response time for the remote to TV was lengthy and it was confusing to try to find a channel to watch with the remote. If I knew what the channel number was, there was no way to input that number. Positive note- l ended up reading instead of watching TV.

Enjoyed our stay here. Free parking. Lobby/restaurant area very nice and open. Front desk staff friendly. Bathroom alittle dated and the room itself had signs of wear here and there, but the bed was super comfortable. Our floor was very quiet, which was good. Amenities such as pool and restaurant looked great but we didn’t take advantage this time. Would stay here again.

Loved my hot tub in the room, bed was very comfy and clean. Breakfast was awsome, everyone was all smiles and friendly. Stayed there last year for a week, enjoyed my stay😀. And was there last week for a night. Highly recommend 👌

The gentleman and the lady at the restaurant treat like family; I can see from their eyes the willingness to help and care. I wish I come back one day to see them. I feel sad, I never asked their names

Clean room, 24 hour convenience shop at front desk saved me when I needed tums at 2:00am

Great hotel all around.

Spent a night to go see a Jays’ game. Took Go Train in to Toronto. Best way to get there! Hotel close to Appleby Go. Hotel is great and breakfast in morning is a benefit!

We saw a bedbug moving on the bed sheets We left the hotel at midnight and it was a horrible experience for my teenagers Room 211

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again while visiting family in the area.

There were kids screaming and playing in the hallway early morning for 1.5 hrs. I called to let someone know and each time they came up they were quiet. I took a video from my bed for how loud it was. Shame on the parents! It’s a hotel and not great wolf lodge.

Staff and service were over and above. Will definitely stay again.

From the moment you walk in, you feel like your at home, front desk reception always friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The room spotless, exactly what we have wanted. Housekeeping very professional and helpful when.extra amenities are needed a towel here, soap or extra bag for the g.pail Thank you for an.awesome team.
