This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. The room we were given was not cleaned and ready and very smelly. It was a needle on a chair when we pulled it out from under the table.

The room was not clean, they said they were fully book, and could not change our room. Very noisy. Our feet were black from the carpets. Chairs looked like they would fall part any time. Verry loose. Toilet was loose. We left a jacket behind and when we called they said it was not there.

The price was right accommodations we ok but dated, staff was very good.

I have bad knees and request ground floor. When I checked in no ground floor even though they accepted the booking. I used my reward points, but the clerk was insistent that I pay the full price with my credit card also. I had never done that before. I reluctantly paid and went upstairs to the room. The card key did not work, and I had to go back downstair to the desk. The card had not been scanned to activate it. The room was basic and not worth the hassle.
