I live locally. Our central air broke down in our home, so we needed to get a room. The pool was so nice that we stayed another night for the kids to go swimming! Even after the air conditioner was fixed.

Suggestions: A luggage rack would be useful in the room. Shower stream was weak (likely restricted). Orange juice had a disagreeable taste and also tasted diluted

A good place to stay the night

The staff was most friendly and professional.

Our stay was very nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on the facilities is that the hotel was under construction and not everything was accessible. But it did not affect most of our stay and we were very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay but found the bed to be very uncomfortable.

Very easy check-in process. The hot breakfast was nice. All my kids enjoyed it. The hotel was still under construction in some areas. After I booked our stay, I received an email saying that somethings would not be available. This was a short day for us, so we were not impacted by the construction.

The grounds were pet friendly and nicely landscaped. I enjoyed walking about the property.

I love the property despite the construction. I think the construction is fine. You have to upgrade to keep up with all other hotels. Our room was beautiful

Air conditioner doesn’t have continuous fan, toilet so low it’s for a preschooler, no freezer in fridge for our ice packs, no glasses for our drinks- perhaps I could have asked for them, bedding nice but bed so so. Clean and just undergoing some construction.

Staff was courteous and helpful

I had a great experience! From the moment I arrived, Shawna at the front desk was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, which made check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options to start the day right. Even though the hotel was undergoing some construction, it didn’t negatively impact my stay at all. The staff did a great job keeping everything organized and clean. Overall, a great stay — I’d definitely return!

The hotel appears to have been recently remodeled. Very nice. We're coming back.
