Our room was super clean, the staff were so friendly and welcoming nothing was a problem when we asked for various things. Great breakfast: would stay here again!

We've been coming to this area and driving past this hotel for about 35 years and decided to stay couple of nights before transferring to our timeshare at Quint do Lago. It's a nice hotel with great staff and pool but little else. There is a free on-demand minibus to the beach which is a big plus. We were about surprised to find that in a few places, the carpets were worn right through..Not what you'd expect from a 5* location. Breakfast was "OK" but lacked inspiration (and decent bacon!). Weirdly, other than the scrambled eggs, all the other types of eggs on offer were stone-cold even when apparent freshly served. We felt the restaurant menu was also lacking inspiration so ate at the beach or a neighbouring resort within walking distance. Probably a great hotel for groups of golfers

Great location, close to beach and restaurants hotel was excellent, amenities excellent pool, spa etc extremely clean, staff excellent and very helpful when needed. Food was excellent too would highly recommend

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Lovely spacious bedrooms, beautiful Pool area and grounds. The staff could not be more helpful, the breakfast choice was excellent, and we enjoyed renting the bikes from Reception and cycling along the boardwalk, taking in the views. We also made use of the free hotel shuttle to the beach. 10 out of 10, thank you!

Lovely hotel and staff, the pool was a little cold other than that everything spot on. A lively beach a short walk with beautiful white sands and restaurants and bars. The breakfast was pretty amazing too. Highly recommend

Just a wonderful clean quiet well run hotel.A wonderful pool and area around it.From reception to cleaning to bar staff all very efficient and friendly. We have stayed here before and just choose to go there annually because we have never stayed anywhere that betters it.

We had one night at the Ria Park due to change in flights and arriving a day earlier than planned. It was perfect stop over. Almost wish we could have stayed longer

Great Hotel

Love the hotel and staff been going to Ria Park for many years and always enjoy seeing them and lovely that they also remember us and welcome us back hotel is delightfull

The hotel was nice and had a lovely pool. The breakfast had lots of choice but not great quality. The pool bar food was very expensive and again lacked quality. The cleaners were very loud in the morning between 8:30-9:30 every day and didn’t tidy away dirty plates/mugs. The turn down service was too early being between 4-5pm. However there was a complimentary shuttle service to the beach which was convenient. The hotel had a great table tennis and foosball table which was enjoyable. The area felt safe but you had to get a taxi if you wanted to go and explore further.
