The staff was very friendly and the restaurants were excellent

From the arrange pick up at the airport to our departure this was a fantastic stay. The staff is genuinely welcoming and makes you fell special from the moment you walk through the door. They've understood the difference between service only and service with hospitality. From the receptionist to the sommelier via the bell boy to the restaurant and bar staff - we can highly recommend this hotel and we thank you all for a great stay!

I reserved a triple room through Expedia. UPon arrival, property did not honor triple room occupancy and demanded a surcharge for 3rd guest. They also offered complementary access to SPA which they did not honor.

Amé la estancia, el hotel no puede estar en mejor ubicación justo frente de las estaciones de ski con unas vistas preciosas desde la habitación y cualquier punto del hotel, y con servicio de transfer a las pistas. El staff en extremo amable y pendiente al mínimo detalle, hicieron muy agradable nuestra estancia. Fue nuestra primera vez visitando Andorra y puedo decir que fue la mejor elección escoger este lugar para nuestra estancia. 10/10

Great acomodation and the food was great !

El hotel es muy lindo, con un ambiente tranquilo, relajado, pero con buen gusto y moderno. La comida muy buena tanto en el servicio buffet, como en el lunch bar y el restaurante asiático, delicioso! Cuentan con parking al aire libre y también bajo-techo. Los servicios con el club para niños esta increíble, mi hijo se la paso genial y dijo que los monitores también son muy majos. El servicio y staff siempre nos trataron muy bien, orientándonos en las actividades por hacer en los alrededores, como también cuando necesitábamos que nos resolvieran alguna cosa. Seria genial que para el verano del 2025 ya tengan aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

Not family frendly

amazing looking hotel, but unfortunatly we had some issues: there is no AC in the rooms so in the summer times it's difficult to sleep (they gave us a fan but when it's more than 37 outside it doesnt help much) pay attnetion that you have to pay for parking and to go to the pool at the hotel (they call it a spa..)

Really nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and great location for skiing in Soldeu. Breakfast and dinner buffet included in half board were fantastic. The hotel offers a shuttle bus that takes you to the Gondola and back. Really convenient. The kids club is fantastic. The SPA is also great but here is my only negative feedback. They charge you quite a lot of money to access the pool. I believe access to this facility should be included in the price.

The rooms were far to hot . The shower was either burning you or freezing cold . The pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast was very good .

Make sure to ask about the parking prices, as they are not free parking.

You need to be careful with the parking as there is insuffient for all guests and there is a charge of 25euro per night for the underground parking. Parking by the Soldeu lift is cheaper if you have a lift pass and easily accessed with shuttle bus.

One of the best hotels ever !!

We stayed for a weekend of ski. We selected the hotel for location and what seemed like a nice pool and spa area. While the hotel is well located and is nicely done, too many of the staff have an unhelpful and disdainful attitude. Upon check in, we learned that we had to pay an additional 22euros per person to use the pool. This was not indicated when we booked the room and on top of the 25euros/night for parking we were already charged with at check in. There was no explanation for the upcharge. Upon return to our room after our first day of ski, we were looking forward to a hot shower and relaxing, only to find the balcony door completely open and the temperature had dropped to -5* in the room. When we reported the issue to front desk and rasied concerns over basic heat/comfort and security (someone could have hopped over rail and into room), the person at front desk shrugged her shoulders and said "ok". We insisted that she follow up with housekeeping so that it not be repeated, but there was no apology or concern. We also noticed that items weren't replenished in room (paper tissues) and that trying to order a drink in the lobby was very slow. After unsuccessfully waiting for service, we walked up the street to one of the other hotels for apres drinks. We wish the hotel and service had been better, and terms of pool use better outlined, as otherwise it could be nice. But given this experience, I would not recommend.

Wonderful - as always! Park Piolets simply stands out from the rest in terms of quality, service, food, comfort, etc.

The hotel is new, well located. The ski shuttle is very comfortable. Buffet dinner is amazing and each time is different.
