Great Service and Good Value

Close to pier and fastfood and entertainment lots of lovely restaurants and and views over the sea. Parking was at a premium lots of cars with parking tickets

Everything ok just toilet didnt flush and no maintenance on sunday

The rooms provided were below the booked category, Lack of cleanliness, including spider webs, Very small room sizes, Missing bathtubs, The family room booked for 4 people was only suitable for 3, Rude staff behavior, Nonfunctional internet/Wi-Fi, Excessive noise from the exhaust fan.

The property was period style which we enjoyed the part l did not enjoy was no designated smoking area

Had a room that tv didnt work in and bath was dirty told the recepction and they moved us to a bigger and better room. Staff was very helpful.

Wonderful experience

Price was cheap so was good for the 1 night ,Room was very warm plus only one pillow each in room .

Room was okay. The reason behind booking this hotel was sea view from the room but it was total disappointment when got into the room. Room has no outside view at all. When asked at reception, I have been told that we need to pay extra charges to get sea facing rooms. This is nowhere mentioned when we have booked it through Expedia.

We were on 5th floor with a baby and pram. No lift so had to carry pram up. No other rooms available.

Was good so far except the pillow which is really bad

We love Llandudno. 1st stay at the Grand wont be the last. Great view from the room, great size room. Could have been cleaner, wouldnt take much. Good clean bedding. Value for money. The outstanding points are your waitress Jo at dinner and breakfast who went above and beyond to make our stay great, and one of the chefs at breakfast (unfortunately i didnt get his name). They're the ones that make the difference.
