L’intero hotel e’ in ristrutturazione esterna quindi sei prigioniero in stanza. Non puoi nemmeno aprire una finestra. Assenza totale di decorazione, sembra di stare in una stanza di ospedale. Breakfast appena decente. In stanza, sanitario che si muoveva dal pavimento, tenda doccia a brandelli, assenza totale di shampoo per 4 giorni di fila. Reception molto gentile e disponibile. Ubicazione centrale

First of all, I would like to thank all the hotel staff very much. They were very friendly and warm-blooded. My room was very clean and it was very close to the city centre. It is definitely a hotel that I can recommend for your short-term holidays

Staff was great, very informative and nice. The room was fine but the bed was very hard. They gave me some extra pillows so that was really nice. AC worked well and the location is walkable to many restaurants.

The cafeteria in the basement smelled of chemicals during breakfast.

Really well kept and comfortable place with great 24/7 front desk. Three of us stayed in a triple room, which was comfortable and spacious enough, updated everything, and great shower. We opted into the breakfast, only 10 euro for three people, which was good and convenient for our exit to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again next time we are in Italy’s most delicious city.

I was not particularly impressed with this hotel. The location is great, so if you don’t mind staying in a worn down hotel just to have the location, then this place is fine. But the restroom was dirty and there were hairs underneath our sheets. Everything could use a serious upgrade, the ceiling was literally falling apart. There were chunks that were falling down onto us. Our shower drain was clogged and left a nasty smell. For the price we paid, I was not satisfied.

Hotel is in a great location to walk around the city. The service was excellent. We requested a crib for our daughter and it was ready to be used upon arrival. Also, the front staff gave us a great service and gave a milk to my daughter for free given that it was late and we couldn’t find a place open to buy one -very appreciated!
