Great spot

Great value !

Staff was great! Location was Great! We had the 8th floor room above the pool area and the view of the city scape was incredible. The restaurant staff greeted us every morning and we actually shared photos of our home and lives with them. Such a good feeling to have new friends while on vacation in a new place.

My room was a really good size, nice comfortable bed very clean. Nice bathroom Staff were helpful. The hotel itself has a nice bar by the pool and good atmosphere the art structures and decor make it interesting to look at.

This is a unique hotel with urban decor!!! The location is perfectly located within walking distance to almost any type of food from Panamanian to Italian, Thai, Chinese, Soul Food, and Carribian cuisine.

Spotless room, excellent staff. Need face clothes/wash clothes in the rooms.

Clean spacious room and friendly staff

Our overall experience at the hotel was very good. We arrived late at night, and the service from the start was excellent. The room was very clean. We were impressed by the level of detail in the cleaning, even in areas that are usually overlooked. The closet was spacious and had a safety box. Breakfast was very good, so complete that we almost forgot it was included. The elevators worked properly, and there wasn't a long wait. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

Staff at the counter need to be more kind. Room was ok. The whatsapp for communication with the counter is not answered in timely manner

Amenities

This place is now really run down. Dirty and stained carpets, sunken and uncomfortable beds and their included breakfast was hardly edible.

It's not fresh, and the supply is limited.

The rooms were cleand and the staff were also courteous.

Not much for amenities and a smaller dated room. The breakfast and pool were mediocre. However, the beds were great and the staff were helpful.

Nice clean place

Hotel decor circa 1970. A bit scary in my opinion. Sparse amenities only one small bath towel per person no face cloth or hand towels no Kleenex. Hallways dark and dreary. Upholstered chairs and lounges in the lobby were filthy. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating, however.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
