We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status. It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it. They had a tour desk that was helpful. Welcome Champagne At A La Carte dining room. nightly.

The hotel managed the COVID factor very well indeed with visible extra cleaning taking place both inside and the pool areas (sun loungers). The room was very comfortable indeed and again kept very clean. We felt very safe and both guests and staff adhered to the mask wearing protocols. The hotel is well positioned as we like to walk into area rather than step into them but is only a 15 min walk to the main strip. Food at the evening was exceptional both in quality and choice. We went half board but we had the option of having lunch rather than dinner which gave us the flexibility of eating out. Plenty of nightly entertainment available with a variety of acts and black jack and pool tables. Staff were very helpful when needed and we experienced nothing that would keep us from revisiting. Would recommend the sea view rooms and the higher the better.

Hotel was closed but they didn't tell me, just let me fly out and find out when I tried to open the front door!

Enjoyed adults only , so was. nice and peaceful . Nice hotel but requires some updating in the rooms . Food buffet was ok lots of choices but some food was bland. Staff friendly, entertainment in the evenings which was ok. Lovely big swimming pool but was so cold , needs some heating.

Beautiful place. Excellent food. We stayed half board - the variety of food for both breakfast and evening dinner was excellent - so much variety and beautifully laid out. Each evening, there was a different theme for dinner so eating was delightful. Our room, whilst specious and with a fine sea view, was a little dated but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no problem recommending this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

An amazing hotel. As the hotel is on the sea front, there are amazing views from the property. There is a path leading from the hotel, along the sea front, that takes you directly to Playa Blanca which is a beautiful walk. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, peppery was spotless, A/C in room worked great, and the food was good too.

Nice hotel close to amenities and the beach. Great views and being over 18 only, very quiet and relaxing.

The hotel could do with freshening up in places but what makes it is the staff. There is a friendly atmosphere and it feels stress free. Food is good with enough choice for everyone. There are facilities to be active or just relax and the beach or main town are within walking distance Many people return again and we definitely will.

Fabulous adults only hotel, approximately 15 minute walk from resort centre. All inclusive option with premium branded spirits ( purchase option before arrival as more expensive in hotel ). Stayed in room 416, a double room with seaview, on the same floor as reception. Excellent food quality with different themed night every evening. Live entertainment every night in main lounge, plus in lobby bar, a pianist, guitar vocalist or sax player. THE STAFF MAKE THE HOTEL. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS.

Fabulous trip for 10 days. Had a great time. Hotel is beautiful and in a great location not too far from down town playa blanca. Hotel visitors tend to be a little older which makes the place quiet and relaxing. Wouldn't have minded if the bar stayed open past 1 the odd night... we stayed half board and would do so again. Try to get a room on floor 2 and above as we were on 1 and had an ok view.

Excellent hotel & the staff are very friendly. The food is also very good & there was a great choice for dinner. Would definitely stay there again.

Very relaxing. Lovely surroundings and very well maintained. Pool was very cold - much colder than the sea water at the local beach so we went there instead! Excellent food quality and choice but lacking in quality of wines, bar service and seemed quite short staffed all round. Watch out for additions to your bill! We were charged for 2 safes (even though it took 3 trips to Reception to get the right combination lock for the safe!) and for 2 towels!! They were added to our bill on the last day ( they said it was a deposit!) Seriously - I don't understand why the towels are not readily available at pool or in the rooms! We needed translation service to understand what the charge of €40 related to! Queueing at reception seems ridiculous for a hotel of that standard. Overall, with a slightly different approach from management this hotel has potential to be best in class.

We have just returned from a great stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and always had a smile and a greeting for us The food selection at meal times was very good , with a varied theme each night. Entertainment in the evenings was varied and could be improved.

Weather a bit of a disappointment but when we asked for an extra blanket and heater it was there and on the bed for the duration. Great facilities, room well proportioned and hotel well positioned to Playa Blanca (about 1.5 miles) walk along a beach promenade. We walked this most days. Hotel facilities and staff made this holiday; a wide choice of food/snacks always available. Try to miss the rush hour and the experience is even more pleasant...prices were very reasonable for a 4* hotel. The only downside for such good inclusive facilities was that we were asked to pay for the room safe...could not quite understand the logic here and it seemed just unnecessarily penny pinching. Apart from that could not fault the whole experience and will certainly return.

We had a relaxing and comfortable 10-day holiday in this excellent hotel. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return next year! The evening entertainment in the Disco Bar could have been better but the daytime activities were well run and very enjoyable. Housekeeping service was also excellent and our room was spotless! The main restaurant had a varied selection of good food for breakfast and dinner (we stayed half board).

Excellent hotel , excellent facilities , excellent food , excellent staff especially entertainment staff and excellent activities ! Make sure you get a room above level zero- sea and pool views beautiful !

We have stayed here before and always recommend The H10 Timanfaya Palace to everyone. The whole hotel is clean and decorated to a high standard. The service is excellent. The restaurant is fantastic and food is of high quality. We like the location, which is a short walk to lots of shops.

A great resort, very comfortable. We had a nice large ocean view. Food was good, but all buffet style unless you pay extra for the restaurant. I recommend half board so that you can spend a meal outside the resort each day. I stayed here with my girlfriend in early December, we are both 25, and I would say that we were the only ones in our age group for most of our stay. The resort is popular with 50+ at least during that time of year, but it did seem to get younger as we moved toward Christmas and kids got out of school.
