The property was conveniently located between the train station and centre ville. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a great place for a one night stay for a solo traveller. The room was clean but very small.

Lovely little hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and really nice bar area. The bedoom was small but we didn't spend much time in it so not too big a problem. The bed was super comfortable and the area is quiet so we slept well. There is a tram stop outside the front door which is brilliant

This was super close to the train station and made our stay very convenient

Room was a little smaller than i expected. But we barely spent time in it,yoo busy exploring the city and surrounding vinyards. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The guy on reception was extremely heloful and really enthusiastic about guiding around his home city. His restaurant recommendations were great.

Excellent staff

Excellent! The food was fantastic! My first time in France!

Despite being central this is a quiet little hotel. The tram stops pretty much outside, so it is effortless to get anywhere, regularly, in Bordeaux. The breakfast is excellent and the gastro offerings in the vicinity are widespread. Fortunately I didn't have a cat to swing in my small double room, which is ultra modern in layout, but there's plenty of space in communal areas downstairs.

Very easy check in, and a very helpful staff member who told us about some great spots to visit and eat. He told us about La Tupina, and it was fantastic french food. Right around the corner is Point Rouge, which also had amazing food and drinks. Floors in our room were slightly dirty, but the location was excellent

Lovely people and service! The room was small but clean. Within walking distance of the main attractions within the city.

Our room was on the bottom floor so a little chilly , but the most comfortable bed ever. A coffee machine would have been nice but there was a breakfast buffet available and coffee available for a cost. Very friendly helpful staff.

Very nice hotel and the staff is very friendly and provide a great service. Japanese style rooms.
