The front desk staff were always friendly and efficient. The spacious 2nd floor room was great. It looked and smelled clean without smelling like harsh detergents. The daily refresh service was very nice. The view from the balcony was great. Mini-fridge, sink, shower, A/C all worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was also very walkable either to the beach or the Marina Village where there were several restaurants. Two thumbs up!

Resort was very good, some minor elevator issues but quickly fixed. Convenient to marina with a great view.

Family Fun!

First, terrible staff and management. There, they don’t care about their customers. I booked ocean view suit but instead, they give me partial ocean view next to roof casino. It’s impossible sleep or relaxing because of the big ac and ventilation systems. you have to pay tip to change the room . The rooms seem very old and the furniture needs to change because they look very outdated. Overall, I did not enjoy my time there due to those problems and it was disappointing that I had to go through all of this during my first time there. I would recommend that you shouldn’t book Coral Atlantis because compared to the rest of the other buildings, it was bad and didn’t have most of the things like Royal or Cove.

The rooms need updating. We had to change rooms twice due to poor state of washrooms. Beach and pool facilities are good. Price for dining is a bit high.

I took this vacation with my daughter and loved that we felt safe and everything we needed was within walking distance and everything was very clean. The staff was so very nice and helpful. I do think they could benefit from having more options for food and definitely more entertainment options for families with teens in the evening that don’t want to leave the resort.

Needs some renovation but great for a weeks getaway.

Rooms could be more updated on furniture. The hallways smelled like paint. Looks like they were painting during our stay.

It is a nice place to stay

The whole family had a blast, it’s such a great place for kids!

Great modern hotel at Atlantis resort. Generally staff were great in and around the hotel itself and at the onsite Starbucks but in waterpark and other dining areas the service was mixed. Great option if you have kids, large modern rooms and having an ice cream parlor and Starbucks in the building was really good. Special shout out to the room cleaners who did an amazing job. On our last few days there were many slides off at the water park without explanation which was frustrating as it was really busy so queues got quite long.

We had an amazing tine. The grounds were beautulfi

No water pressure or water volume, so it took long time to rinse soap and shampoo off. One of the nights , they did not provide bed sheets, only the blanket. Some of the guests were extremely loud in the hallways, which I understand is out of the hotels control.

I was very happy with the resort, but I’m very easy to please. My total on the other hand was not, she said that because the gratuity is included that the staff doesn’t work as hard to be nice. Some of the staff didn’t even give you a smile or common courtesy. Overall, the trip was fun and we would stay there again.
