Very comfortable and very helpful.

Loved everything about this property!! It was the perfect stay in the best location in Siracusa! The hotel facilities were immaculate. All front desk and restaurant staff in particular Andres, Bruna and Mary were exceptional with helping us with all our questions and needs. They were great with recommendations for sites as well as dining. Can’t wait to go back and stay there again.

Great staff and location. Food was amazing at the restaurant, highly recommend.

Every traveller in the last 4 years or so will have noticed the insanely abusive increase in worldwide accomodation pricing often doubling or tripling what rooms cost 5 years ago. After 20 days of travel between turkey and sicily i would say this hotel was by far the greatest value for the money spent. Impeccably curated in every detail, elegant decoration. Comfortable rooms and cleanliness. The restaurant is great too. I would stay here again every time i return to Siracusa. Highly recommend.

Great location, clean !

This was a beautiful hotel that was centrally located. Staff were friendly and amazing assisting with accessing the property given that this hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. Two staff members stood out Andres and Roberto. These two individuals were very helpful and responded promptly to any response that we made. Excellent customer service!!

Excellent location and staff

Absolutely central position behind the cathedral. Very smart and well looked after property with some lovely staff. Always smelt amazing and was cool, which is important in the heat of Sicily. Attached restaurant was lovely. Our only criticisms are: cost of drinks in the hotel and the selection at breakfast was limited and not always replenished quickly enough. Would stay again.

Amazing hotel in the center. Getting there with a car is tricky and GPS can lead you to very narrow alley but once you get there everything else is smooth. Staff were very attentive and nice.

Palazzo Artemide is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very attentive staff. The hotel itself is gorgeous and located in the heart of Ortigia. Rooms are spacious and air-conditioned (invaluable during the heat wave going on at the time). And the valet parking is extremely helpful, given that street parking in Ortigia is next to impossible. The restaurant and bar are less impressive, but otherwise it was a five-star experience.

Nicely located in the heart of Ortigia, but I have been in quieter hotels nearby, hearing the doors of other rooms slammed in the morning for 3 continuous days is not a pleasant experience at all, as well as some of the nearby sites restoration (they literally start as early as 8AM). The breakfast is poor compared to the nightly rates! In my opinion, this is an over priced hotel and not worth it, unless you have no other choice.

Palazzo Artemide is an excellent hotel in a perfect location right next to the Piazza Minerva. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast is great. It has the touch of a luxury hotel. Not easy to find by car, but they help you then with valet parking. Or you can park at the Palace Ortega Hotel for 24 hours and take a taxi to the hotel. Cost is similar. We enjoyed our two night stay in this great hotel and great town.
