one of the best hotels I have ever been to, people is wonderfull, breakfast and dinning spectacular, rooms always prestine, and the best of all is the INCREDIBLE VIEW on the rooftop! thank you guys for let me have a wonderfull time with you!

The staff was very polite, friendly and professional. The room was clean, great views, elegant and comfortable. Highly recommend this 5 star hotel. Everything was perfect.

We are just back from a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff provide a very professional service in a very friendly manner. We particularly enjoyed our 'welcome back' with a smile each day from Aniello when we arrived back from a day trip. The food is high quality in all of the restuarants. Beautiful property just out use of the busy center.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. And we love fine hotels. Amazing service from everyone. If you like fine things you will love this hotel.

Where to begin, Mediterraneo Serrento was wonderful, the hotel, the pool, the restaurant, the area, the spa. We so enjoyed every minute, wish we would have been able to stay longer. Staff helped us out tremendously when I made an error of where we were staying, they had a can there within 20 minutes in Naples, they handled everything for us. Appreciate you all

The room was a bit small but except from that everything was exceptional

Property facilities and amenities are fantastic! The staff are super friendly and very helpful. With smiles on their face it really brightens your day. Access to the beach club was really easy and made for a very relaxing day. Courtesy bus made it super easy to get in and out of the main city centre. Room could be a little bigger but it was fine. Bed was very comfortable

This property far exceeded our expectations! So much so we extended our trip here for 3 additional days. Shoutout to Pina at the front desk! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a memorable one!
