We really enjoyed our stay at Mondi Oberstaufen.

Great place for kids. The apartment was spacious, however extremely hot and we had to request fans. Also there was a strange smell from the sink. The amenities are nice with the pool and saunas, kids playroom. We thought the dinner was quite limited and overpriced (35 euros a person for a buffet). The breakfast buffet was good. The location of the facility was great.

Only called in here for a night passing through on our way to Northen Italy but seemed like a good resort for families. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Great stay. Couldn’t fault the service

Fabulous room with amenities to feed ourselves but the restaurant in the resort was excellent. Made use of the day ticket to get a free ride up the mountain in the cable car.

What a great find! The hotel was fabulous! The pool and spa were far better than we expected. The area is also beautiful and the special pass for activities/cable cars was a wonderful surprise. The staff were so helpful and the lovely Stefanie at reception was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great recommendations to maximise the use of the area day card that is included in the stay.

My parents stayed here because they have a time share and this is an RCI property. I was meeting them in Europe so got a room here. As a tourist, I would not stay here. It's not close to any major tourist sites, the hotel itself is remote and a 20 min walk to the quaint town of Obersatufen. Rooms are efficiencies and on par with motel 6 vibe in the US. The property has playgrounds for kids and a nice indoor pool and sauna and massage available. I see this as an escape from the city for local families, not a great choice for tourists. Staff were friendly.

We only spent one night but the hotel was nice with friendly staff no breakfast included.

We booked this hotel when attending a trade show about 55 kilometers away. We arrived late after the first day of the show and the reception had already closed down but since we had called they had the key waiting for us. We couldn't find a map in the lobby so asked the bartender and restaurant manager if they knew where our room was and neither did. When I opened the envelope with the key cards I found a map which made the room easier to find! I went back to the bar after checking in for a beer and they had just closed and told me it was not possible to get a beer even though several people were still there - very German! Overall it was nice and comfortable. We did see a very big spider though on the floor which retreated to under the kitchen cabinets when we threw a shoe at it!

we were in ~5 hotels in the area and this hotel was the best!, the room, swimming pool,facilities and attractions for children around

Es geben sich alle Mühe... es ist familienfreundlich und easy... die neu renovierten Zimmer sind top der Rest naja... alt und gebraucht halt... aber wir sind immer zufrieden... und kommen sicherlich wieder

Es hat alles super gepasst und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Für die kleinen gibt es super viel Möglichkeiten zu spielen und sie zu beschäftigen.

Sehr nette Unterkunft mit etwas verschachteltem Aufbau. Schöne Lage, man merkt die Mühe zum Detail! Hatten ein superior Zimmer in Haus 4, das war tadellos! 2 Hinweise: 1. bei Buchungen mit Kindern muss man zwingend drauf achten, dass Kinder ab 4 Jahren 35€/Tag zahlen 2. Frühstücksbuffet ab 9:30 Uhr etwas ausgedünnt, besser früher kommen Ansonsten könnte die Sauna etwas wärmer sein, musste 5 Kellen drauf gießen dann ging’s ;-)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hallenbad und Wellnessbereich sehr gut. Vor allem der große Whirlpool ist für Kinder genial. Das Restaurant im Komplex ist sehr gut, nur sollte im besten Fall reserviert werden.

Grosses Frühstückbuffet, grosse Wellnessbereich, ruhig gelegen, schönes modernes Zimmer mit Kochgelegenheit

Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern und Hunde. Zimmer soweit ok ein bisschen klein. Allerdings ohne Klima Anlage nicht zu empfehlen im Sommer. Wir hatten Südseite und ab 10 Uhr war es im Zimmer nicht mehr auszuhalten (Woche mit sehr hohen Temperaturen) sind leider früher abgereist. Frühstück ist ok - aber viel zu teuer für das gebotene.
