Very nice facility on the beach

Nice hotel right on the beach front ,convenient location, large parking.Rooms nice but bit small and the air con could be better.Very nice breakfast,excellent staff.Definitely recommended.

We visited in August, the hotel is conveniently placed next to the beach and close to all amenities, the room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfast had many options to choose from and the staff were welcoming. To earn a higher rating, the WiFi could have been better, it is intermittent in the rooms, the air con seemed to be turned off at times and not as cool as we would have liked in the height of season and it would be good if tea/coffee could be available in the rooms. All in all though we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if we were in the area.

Execellent property in a great aera.

The hotel was beautiful and clean with easy parking located in a gated area. Our sparsely decorated room had 2 balconies with one overlooking the beach, which is a short walking distance from the hotel.

Comfortable & large rooms. Small balcony for fresh air.

Front beach property, great location with restaurants and stores. New or just remodeled property. Internet was the only thing was not great.

Front desk staff tolerates rather than welcoming guests. Militant-like behaviour by reception staff. The exchange seemed very forced and not natural. Hotel has no irons, apparently due to security/safety. One has no almost force an ironing service which is only available at a charge. Hotels in Pyongyang/North Korea have irons in the room! A 4 star hotel expecting its guests to not have access to ironed clothing. Hardly 3 stars. Pool closed, not heated. This is not advertised on the website. Breakfast options are very poor. Juice is not fresh but from package and full of sugar. Terrible buffet. Skip it all together and enjoy brekfast outside. The suite is advertised as two areas with seperate sitting room on hotel photos. Clearly there is a corridor connecting to the bedroom. Yet, the 'suite' given was small with the bed almost by the entrance door. Great location by the beach. The lady in the restaurant was very friendly. I was called four times by the hotel on the day of check out to remove the car and settle a 50 Euro charge for ironing and parking. They have a card on file for a reason. Again, reception staff tolerates guests. There is no warm welcome feeling of 'home away from home'. Overall a hardly three star experience. If you visit Rimini, spend a bit more and stay at the Grand Hotel. A ten min walk away.

Very modern, very clean, well located on the beach, decent room albeit a bit small but nevertheless well Appointed. No tea or coffee facilities provided. Good buffet at breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, beach was adjacent, restaurant and room were clean, and hotel had great breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay again.

great staff, great breakfast, very clean

Very clean, modern property with very responsive staff. We only stayed for a couple of days but enjoyed our stay. The only downsides we saw were that there was no kettle or coffee service in the room, nor a box of tissues and there was a step into the bathroom which took getting used to. We had a water view and the room was small but very well organized/laid out and efficiently organized storage. The other thing to remember is that this hotel is in the busy end of Rimini with nightclubs, etc., so we had to close all the doors and windows at night to keep out the noise which worked well. They were excellent windows and doors that cancelled out the noise. The beach is wonderful and only 15E for the chair and umbrella.

The hotel is ideally located at a walking distance from the beach and the lungomare. The staff is very professional and helpful, the room was impeccably clean. The balcony had a direct view to the beach with an incredible view of the sunset and sunrise. I highly recommend the hotel.

The reception desk staff and especially Giovanna were very courteous and friendly. The check-in and check-out were a flawless and swift experience. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room we stayed in was a suite with two separate areas, however the space was rather scarce, whereas the furniture and large screens TVs in each area were quite surprising. The toilette luckily was spacious and spotless and the shower cabin was rather modern. The breakfast buffet was lovely, but we would have welcomed slightly more variety. Overall it was a positive experience and we look forward to visiting this property again should we venture in Rimini in the future.

Great location opposite the beach, hotel was new clean and our room had a great view of the beach. My kids loved the buffet breakfast.
