Great location for what we needed, hotel car park was not accessible anlthough there was anlrernate parking free nearby. Our outdoor jacuzzi could have been hotter and cleaner. Breakfast was excellent.

we had a nice, relaxing 5-day stay and enjoyed our terrace with hottub, which is a Junior Suite on the roof. That part was great. However, there is limited dining and no parking, but we were pre-warned about that. The hotel and room need updating there were many things worn out or not working - the taps had lost their chrome coating, the oven hotplates had a extractor fan and light which didn't work, and a lot of the wood trims were worn and needing repair and repainting. Around the hotel was run down, the beach bar was shut there was only one dining option, nothing more outside the hotel except a 15 - 20 min walk to Puerto Banus. For us it was fine as we had a car, but the hotel is not well located for easily dining out. Would we go back? Maybe, if the room was offered at a good rate.

We really liked our stay. The views are just breathtaking, it is quiet and very relaxing environment. My toddler enjoyed the beach daily and loved his morning and evenings walks. I appreciated the convenience of constantly having taxis available. We will definitely come back.

Nice property, but many of the on-site conveniences, luxuries and restaurants were not available. Regardless, the room was very nice. Off season prices probably need a revisit. The beach was littered, likely from a recent storm. (not the hotels fault). Big ugly barricade around the pool, probably some sort of mandate out of their control. Breakfast was good. Room cleanliness, also good. Again, I think value for the price was compromised by so many things shuttered, taped off (yes, actual tape), and closed. We were offered a discount prior to arrival making us aware that some on-site facilities would be closed. That facilities were still closed, but the 30% discount was not honored.

Sea view. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast but all guests were complaining about their back hurting due to old mattresses.

The hotel is in a great location between Puerto Banus and San Pedro right at the beach. We were staying jn a suite which although clean with great space was a bit tired in places abd definitely needed a rewire, sockets not working or coming out wall. The bed was really hard and very uncomfortable fir me personally. The staff were very attentive and the food was ok.

We stayed in a junior suite with a private jacuzzi facing the beach, it was awesome. Personel is also very kind, especially those working at the bar.

Friendly, helpful staff and a great location....but the hotel is starting to look a little tired if my room was anything to go by.

Beautiful property! The service from everyone was outstanding and the views from our balcony were incredible. The rooms were very clean, but appeared a little tired. They could use an update. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back in the future.

It was comfortable and we enjoyed it.

The only thing going for the hotel at the moment is the fantastic staff . Helpful, friendly and hard working.

Excellent, helpful porters and reception staff. Hotel very tired looking internally & externally. Main restaurant was not operating so B/fast was served in what doubles as a bar. Had to change room after two nights due to an unspecified water problem. Will not go back.

Enjoyed my stay but heard that other guests had received 30-50% discount on their stays due to restaurants/bars/shops not being open in the hotel which i wasnt informed of. Discount not offered to me which was didn’t seem very fair.
