It’s a spectacular hotel and our room with a view of the water did not disappoint. Breakfast was fabulous with many options and the staff are all friendly and attentive. Our wait staff Marietta was amazing and we will return to this hotel next year because of the hospitality we received. I highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Rhodes!

Wonderful hotel. Excellent service, high quality facilities, lots of food options and excursions accessible from the hotel. Every additional request was responded to and delivered. Every member of staff were so polite and attentive. The room was emasculate. Table and room service was prompt and any additions were good value. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was our second visit to the Rodos Palladium. We returned because it’s an excellent hotel. The room we stayed in was exactly what we reserved: a seaview delux. It was big with a sitting area and large terrace/balcony. The separate bathroom was also spacious with a large walk-in shower. We had a half-board plan because the food at this hotel is exceptional. Evening meals were varied, flavourful and of the highest quality. There was no scrimping. The staff were friendly, efficient (when the rare ‘problem’ arose) and very helpful. In particular, I wish to single out Marieta, an extraordinarily cheerful, warm and colourful waitress who made dining in the restaurant a positively memorable experience. Apart from a disappointing ‘gym/fitness’ area which occupies a crowded space/room and is clearly under-invested in. This ‘gym’ lacks any modern, up-to-date or varied resistance-training equipment. Currently, it has very few weights, no dumb bells, a single adjustable bench, no Swiss balls or adequate space for ‘mat- work’. Personally I take fitness training seriously, even on holiday. And I know and see other guests, men and women of all ages, dedicated to continuing their fitness programme, even on holiday. When choosing a hotel its gym is important to me. Apart from this criticism, I have nothing ‘negative’ to say about the Rodos Palladium Hotel and highly recommend it.

The management does not care. Reception staff dint even greet us and had to ask for simple stuff a 5-star would offer. Easily 3 star hotel! There is one just next door to this which is a lot better.

The beach area and the sea are lovely fir this period of time but the clean up needs severe reviewing by the managers even leaving tips in the room for the cleaner the room was not being cleaned as it should have been and the toiletries in the bathroom and things like coffee of sugar in the room were not replenished . I think seniors in the hotel really need to check these things more properly. I can understand that it was peak season but for the amount of money I’ve paid for this holiday and fir a 5 star hotel I was expecting high services.

It was amazing stay, better than expected.

Staff is amazing! But management is poor as if they don’t care about clients. Not a single time in the visit was we greeted by at reception or entrance even when we were approaching them. Horrible!

An excellent stay! The room with the private pool was superb. Everything about the hotel was pleasantly positive. Thank you to Stavros, the manager - he made our stay blissful! We hope to be back again soon.

Arriving later in the evening got a warm welcome at reception. Staff very friendly and immediately knew we would have a good time here. We stayed in executive suite with private pool which was just perfect. Having sunbeds on patio along with seats and table made it comfortable to spend a lot of time relaxing there. Perfectly situation with beautiful views of garden and beach. The room very clean and well equipped. Lovely sitting area. Two TVs in room although we didn’t use them. The bed very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Bathroom clean and well stocked with toiletries. Maid service very reliable and we appreciated the surprise of some lovely treats placed in the room occasionally. The main restaurant had a good variety of good food which was always hot and regularly restocked. Although the hotel seemed to be well filled there was no sense of overcrowding which was one thing we were concerned about before arrival. The staff were amazing - remembering your order and always seemed glad to see you. There was an air of tranquility about the whole place with lots of internal and external common areas. Entertainment available but not intrusive if you don’t attend. We would recommend Rodos Palladium to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday with a feeling of luxury and being looked after by staff who seem d to enjoy their job. Thank you everyone for making this holiday memorable and special. We would love to return.
