Disappointing

Rooms are a bit old and needs a facelift but overall it is a nice hotel and staff are very friendly and customer oriented

Nice place, great value, convenient to tram, bus, markets and shopping. Typical Italian hotel with good atmosphere.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The the cleanliness was ok so was the breakfast. The internet connection was very weak. The hotel charged for parking. There was no bath -and was told that most of the rooms have showers only.

The location is not good. It’s far from the center and the neighborhood is not good. We took taxis because we weren’t confortable walking with the kids in the neighborhood

States they are wheelchair friendly apart from the lift nothing on the ground floor is accessible you have to walk around the back of the hotel to get to the lift through the car park. States they have a restaurant but that's not open . Could not get a drink in the evening one night as Mr grumpy was on the desk .staff in general were not that friendly .

air conditioning didn't work (it was a very hot day) and when the staff was notified they said it was "too late" to fix it (it was 3pm)

The room size was good and clean but the bed was horrible, bad matress and terrible pillows.

I was disappointed with the hotel. I had a different expectation from the description on the website. The WiFi was too slow to be usable and overall the hotel was kind of grundgie. I change to the Turin palace hotel the second day and was much happier there.

The hotel is good for its price. It's not close to train station but if you know how to get there by bus, it's pretty easy. Friendly staff.

Title says it all really. Hotel was all round average, pillows were Rick hard and uncomfortable. Restaurant was expensive and limited menu, so went for a walk round to find a restaurant and there were VERY few, in fact the overall area wasn't great. Usually stay near the square and will do so again on my next trip.

the hotel isn't bad considering the price. just a few things a bit disappointing like pillows very hard and parking ridiculously expensive

Several rooms require maintenance and a general refresh (fan coils, painting, ...). Good price in a location well connected with public transportation. Public and private parking available. Breakfast in the average.

Good location, rooms were clean and spacious, staff were pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Recommend.
