Delicious breakfast

Great updated room! Very comfortable beds. Breakfast is a decent standard for Brazilian hotels. Would stay again.

Everything was great, but there was something I didn't like, and perhaps it's something that only happens to tourists. Upon arrival or check-in, I paid for the entire stay, but upon departure or check-out, they told me I still had to pay an amount that wasn't charged upon arrival. It was something about a daily SSI. I observed at least three people checking out, and this didn't happen that way. Either they just made a mistake with me or they take advantage of tourists.

Location, room’s size

Nice and comfortable room certainly located for exploring the city. The front desk guys were very nice and friendly.

The property 's location is great! The parking at the Hotel is very handy and not expensive. The staff of the front desk are nice, helpful and efficient. Bedroom is a little outdated. Maybe more plugs and change the arm-chair that looks stained and dirty Room service was slow. Breakfast is good.

Very good service

Great localion and staff is amazing(thank you all who assisted me) ,. However, rooms are dated and in need of repair, which brings me to the undergoing renovation and the noisy it generates. This issue during my stay was dealt with the upmost professionalism and empathy by the staff who moved to another room and ensured I was well taken care off. Thank you again!

It was a really good stay and staff were amazing.

Rude staffs , dirty rooms and they treat us like we are disturbing them .. first hotel in Brazil the staffs are extremely rude and no manners at all . First and last time we will stay in this hotel

Staff extremely rude since we arrived, they put us in a mold room , dirty sheets towels , dusty , wall had cracks. We asked to change the room and looks like we being annoying them and doing a favor for us instead to treat us like a costumer, the new room was so humid and they was doing renovations and the dusty was terrible . I never stayed in a hotel with this category treat the costumer so bad . First and last time we will stayed there

Great hotel in a perfect location. We had the 15th floor and a newly remodeled room.

Great stay

Great room with comfortable beds. Good location. Pool area looked nice. Very good breakfast, and they let us check in early. They had both Brazil and American outlets. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great price as well. I would definitely recommend.
