Very friendly staff, great location near beach and restaurants. Very reasonable price for a lovely,clean spacious room with breakfast. Only stayed 1 night when visiting Las Palmas. I would stay again for future visits.

This is an older property but has a lot going for it! (We had low expectations due to some of the reviews) but were actually pleasantly surprised. Hotel is in a great location 2 mins walk to the beach and lots of great bars and restaurants. It’s quiet and yeh rooms are comfy and spacious ( if a little dated) but extremely clean really comfortable beds. Good shower and bathrooms too) there is a mini fridge and a hairdryer and you can also get beach towels at reception for a €10 euro deposit. Finally the rooftop terrace is sheltered with lots of sunbeds and parasols and theres a good sized pool (a bit chilly even may but definitely swimable!!) we really enjoyed our stay and for the money this is an excellent option and great base to explore lovely Gran Canaria.

Perfect hotel for getaway right near the beach and all the shops.

Excellent location close to the beach, bus station & tourist office with plenty of restaurants and little shops close by. Look out for the craft market on Fridays (I think). Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Plentiful breakfasts, evening meals for vegetarians unimaginative & limited.

Good hotel. A bit old, but clean and near the center and the beach. If sleep with open window, it's really noisy in the morning, since windows look to the street. If sleep with closed window it's too stuffy.

Good location next to Paseo de las Canteras. Common areas need some refreshment. One lift was out of service.

good location to the beach. helpful reception. nice rooms. good breakfast with excellent views of beach. only down points were a lot of noise from the closing of the heavy room doors. everything is made of tiles so the noise is amplified.

Hotel perfectly located within 10' walking distance from the Santa Catalina bus station and in 1' walk from the Las Canteras beach boulevard (around the corner) with beach and plenty of restaurants and music bars. Just bad luck that during our stay, one of the two elevators was out of order and the new 3rd elevator still under construction. Breakfast on the 6th floor with plenty of choices and a nice view over the bay. Nice pool on the roof top (7th floor). All in all, a hotel to be recommended.

Basic service for a 4 star hotel. The Room was fair. The swimming pool is on the top roof with a highly dangerous opening on open air stairs. No way to stay with the kids. Breakfast was good. Fair price for the season.

Very Central, ideal for beach and town. Staff friendly and approachable. Very clean. Breakfast buffet style and lots of choice. But not the prettiest hotel, and very unlikely to have a view as the nature of the hotel. Good for a short break.

Comfortable room as a base. Facilities were good such as hairdryer, safe and mini bar. Restaurant has wonderful views of the sea and had a wide variety of food to suit all palates. The rooftop area and swimming pool was lovely. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

The hotel location is the best thing, but otherwise everything wasn't that good, the room is old fashioned but the toilet is renovated, the breakfast was the worst ever especially the coffee!! We asked for iron but they said they don't have one... and they can only send the clothes away for cleaning and ironing...!! And if you like to stay here please take your shower gel with you because the one at the hotel is very bad quality.

Hotel was ok, but you don't stay at the Concorde for the hotel, you stay for the location. My room was closer to the sea, than most hotel rooms are to their own pool! Local restaurants, bars, facilities..... can't wait to go back. (Aircon did strip our throats dry though...)
