Book our stay through a 3rd party. Was not aware this was going to affect our room assignment so much. Our view was looking at the back of the drive way cover that barely allowed the view of the sky. If they are going to treat 3rd party reservations so poorly, they shouldn’t allow them. We won’t be coming back!

We had an accessible room and the shower was not great, water got everywhere. The elevators were also a little questionable. We also could hear neighboring rooms a little too easily-alarm clocks and tv noise. Otherwise, we wer quite satisfied with staff.

The staff at this hotel are excellent! Reception staff and breakfast staff were cheerful and professional! The breakfast gave good choices and the room was well set out and clean.

A really nice property—for a 3-star hotel, the price was right. Clean, friendly staff, and comfortable sleeping arangements.

This hotel was NOT full, however we were given a handicap accessible room unnecessarily next to the elevator and ice maker with zero view of a wall. Was this because we booked through Expedia? Managers choice?

Our stay was great! We will definitely consider again and recommend to family and friends!

The room was very nice. The room was very spacious and it had a two sided desk that can be used for meals. It had a mini refrigerator, but it didn’t have a stove, plates and utensils.

Staff friendly and helpful.

The shower could be cleaned around the corners and door track. Door leading to pool wasn’t working with keycard. White lady middle age arguing about water I asked for. I’m a Hilton honor member. I booked this trip using Expedia. I was made to feel bad about it. Just give me a bottle of water and don’t argue.
