We are a Thai group who stayed at the hotel during the fan concert from March 27-29. We were very happy with everything. The rooms were clean, the cleaning staff were lovely, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. Transportation was convenient with taxis readily available. We were very impressed and would definitely use their services again if we have the opportunity. We booked without breakfast, but we assume the food would still be delicious and varied.

This hotel is near Macau International Airport and the Cotai area, but unfortunately, they don't have bus services. The staff was very nice; I love staying in this hotel.

The room is clean, but next to the double bed, only the smoking zone is left. The smell of cigarettes is quite strong.

Concierge are very helpful. Even though they had difficulty in speaking english but they do their best to help and answer all your inquiries. Also they are allowing guests to leave their luggages even you are already check out to roam more around the city.

Many bus stops around the hotel, close to malls and museums in the Kotai area. rooms are big and clean.

A very clean and comfortable hotel.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the Macau University of Science and Technology where I would give an oral presentation in order to attend the Water Resource and Environment Conference July 16-19, it turned out the hotel was clean, the facilities were complete including a fairly halal breakfast menu, the service was fast and friendly, there is a shuttle to the port and airport. Access to the university by bus also until evening. Next time to Macau you will stay here again. The subject is very satisfying

Stay at the hotel inn is very impressive, the hotel is not far from the bus stop, the hotel is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and very complete, complete toiletries, there is a fridge and safe, you want to make coffee or milk free, only in the room there is no gallon of drinks, only given drink 1 small bottle / guest, the room is very clean, the recipes are friendly enough, given dinner and breakfast too, the wifi is fast, it's just that there is no view when looking out the hotel window, but so far I feel it is good to stay at the inn, but when I want to swim in the pool, access to the pool is locked so I can't go there, even though I'm a guest, hopefully it will be further improved.

The location quite ok, many foods and mart around. Room is good, clean, spacious, but the bathroom floor is way too much slippery. Service is good too.

The hotel staff is very helpful in directing to tourist sites. Clean and nice hotel. There is a shuttle bus to the casino group hotel.

We love this hotel! Two thumbs up! Room is nice, clean and the price is fair. Good it has also breakfast and free shuttle from macau ferry terminal, macau airport and to/from emperor hotel near tourist spots. I'll definitely recommend this hotel. Keep it up Inn Hotel!

This hotel is awesome! Super helpful and friendly receptionist. They will help you with the public transport also. When i was looking for an address, they googled it and gave me the details clearly to get there. Even wrote about the fare needed 😂 There also shuttle bus - for free yes 😚- to Emperor Hotel and Casino. Good to know here, the Emperor is close enough to some tourist spots in city center, awesome! And one more superb thing here is, they provide a cellphone -yes with full internet access! for us to be brought anywhere in Macau when we stayed in this hotel. Highly recommend this place!

The room wasn't exactly as what picture showed. The breakfast spread was almost the same and limited varieties, that have shuttle buses to Emperor palace is you wish you go to the Sky Tower or Casinos, a few staffs were friendly, some weren't interested in answering your queries when they know you're a tourist. The hotel is located near the supermarket and Macdonald which is convenient.
