Close to airport, main reason for selection. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.

The receptionist was kinda rude when I check in . The phone in the room was not working too.

Loved that it was only 20-25 minutes away from everything we were able to go to Lake Tahoe , Virginia City and Reno all on this trip since we were in the middle of everything great stay just bummed that the spa was closed after night one and we weren’t able to use it. Staff was friendly and helpful

I always like this place. Clean, comfy, friendly and the breakfast is excellent!

There were a few things wrong with the room that the maintenance man fixed pretty quickly. The room was very dark. I expected more from Hilton property. The cleaning was only done once which was OK, but she did not leave us a bathmat or any extra toilet paper. She did not even take out all of the dirty towels. There was not a pen left or a pad of paper. I don’t think I’ve ever been at a hotel where there was not a pen and pad of paper. Since the price was more than other hotels, I also expected the breakfast to be at a higher quality. I did not see that it was any different from any other hotel that we have stayed at.

Wonderful hotel, great location, comfortable beds, great shower, great breakfast! Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area! Staff were especially helpful in suggesting beaches along Lake Tahoe that likely would have parking / worth checking out! Thank you!

Family enjoyed stay. However, pool was closed 2 days during our stay, kids were obviously upset. Breakfast options could be better, not much selection.

The TV didn't work

The tv was not working the entire week that I was there. Called the front desk and all they said was they need a part and it’s coming from Sacramento

We arrived at the Hampton Inn in Carson City on Friday, 6/20/25 for a visit with family in Gardnerville, NV. There were on going issues with the computers, reservations, key card access to the rooms, etc. The staff was friendly and professional, including while they were very busy coping and communicating with the line of guests waiting to check in. We had to be escorted to our room each time we needed to enter the room on Friday afternoon and evening. I appreciated the fitness room, because the pool was crowded with families. The breakfasts were delicious and very popular with my husband and me, and with the many families staying for the weekend. That area of eastern Carson City needs more retail and restaurants to open and stay open, and the front desk could provide maps including showing walking trails for guests who want to explore. We will consider staying at Hampton Inn & Suites again when we travel.

4th trip to the hotel. Staff is overly friendly and nice!

Was very disappointed that the system that controls the keys was not operating! No keys were available! The room, workout area, pool, etc not accessible without an escort.. very awkward. However the staff was very polite and doing their best

We have stayed at this Inn many times over many years. lt has always offered clean, well-appointed rooms. Parking is no problem. Access to major highways, dining, and other shopping options are within easy driving distance.
