Staff are incredible at this hotel, very friendly and helpful. But the carpets, bathroom and toilets are not kept to a good standard.

Basic is all I can say at an expensive price

Lovely people, excellent breakfast, spacious well appointed room, a great hotel just a 25 minute walk into town.

Wonderful breakfast

We stayed here after our ferry crossing as Dublin was too expensive. Parking was useful and the food was good.

Great location for us, staff lovely

Unfortunately our room had a few issues. There were very few tv channels that worked. The sink had no plug. Trying to make a cup of tea was awkward as the facilities were under the roof eaves.

What they fail to tell you is that this place is more like a hostel and certainly not a 4 star. It houses refugees which in itself is not an issue but they’ve let the standard of the hotel go down as they’re guaranteed funds from the Irish government. The restaurant is located in the lobby and the general upkeep of the rooms is terrible. The pictures in Hotel.com are not representative of what it looks like and they charge €155. The kids houses there run around the corridors and are noisy. They should not do both. Choose what they want to be. Will not revisit and Hotel.com meet to reevaluate their rating

My wife & I stayed @ The Wiltshire for six nights. The staff were very friendly, pleasant & attentive. The room was a good size with a king size comfortable bed. We dined in the hotel & the meals were excellent. In summary we would recommend this hotel. N.B. The hotel is located @ the back of Bray & is a good 15 min. walk downhill to the sea front, there is however a regular bus service from near the hotel.
