This hotel was lovely. It has the perfect mix of modern amenities and old world charm. The staff was world-class - quiet, efficient, good at their jobs. The hotel is right next to the cathedral, so the bell can be heard all night. The hotel provides earplugs, which help, as does closing the windows at night.

Staff was very helpful, resourceful, friendly, and professional. May my treat very easy to find restaurants, shops, museums, and night life.

The Lady Hamilton Hotel was a lovely oasis right on the edge of the Old City (Gamla Stan). Alex, who was at the desk when we arrived, was welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay, offering great suggestions on areas to visit outside of the Gamla Stan, as well as pointing us in the right direction within the old city . He really helped us get a better feel for Stockholm. Our room was quite comfortable and immaculate, however, unless you specifically request it, no one comes in to empty the trash or make the bed. Breakfast offered lots of choices, including bacon and eggs, cheese, ham, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads and pastries; there was a wide array of vegan options as well. The regular coffee was good. They charge for espresso and cappuccino.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The location in old town was perfect.

A lovely little gem, in the old town. Antique hotel represents Gamla Stan. Helpful friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Clean and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay.

Perfectly located in Gamla Stan, I loved this quirky little hotel. It’s away from main roads so is nice and quiet, does a decent breakfast and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

Location, location, location! Perfect location to see Gamla Stan! Wonderful breakfast and reception great. The twin room is very tight around beds so if older be forewarned! Love the heated bathroom floors!

Clean room. Nice breakfasts. Helpful, attentive staff…esp Zara. My daughter and I thought she was so sweet and knowledgeable. Excellent location and interesting history.

Staff is very friendly, hotel is in a perfect location. Didn't really have the breakfast (the pastry shops all around the hotel are way better anyway). The room was super small, but who cares? The point of traveling is not to hang out in a hotel room all day. Good price, perfect location.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very well stocked and good. I loved roaming around looking at all the antiques and artifacts.
