Excellent service once again from this impressive lake side hotel The food was even better than previous and is at a very level Hopefully back again next year

We absolutely loved this hotel! We had amazing views and relaxation from our balcony overlooking the lake. The room was quite spacious with a very comfortable bed! We also loved the small details — the robe and slippers, blankets for sitting on the balcony, adapter plug, umbrella, etc. The Le Table restaurant in the hotel was amazing also. The quality of the meal for the low cost was unbelievable. Pro tip: If you are on the fence between a lake view terrace or a lake view balcony, go for the balcony. It’s the exact same view. Can’t wait for our next visit!

What a glorious spot! Our lake-view room was beautiful -- lots of light, unbelievable view, super spotless, and a towel warmer in the bathroom (with bath AND shower!!!!) that I wanted to take home with me. Wonderfully welcoming staff and exceptional room service.... can't recommend more highly!!!

Everything was perfect from being allowed to check in 2 hours earlier, to having a room upgrade also with a lake view and balcony. Even given extra water & artisans fudge on the turn down service. Perfect perfect perfect

A grand dame in annecy. Very imposing building befitting of its history. A little dated especially the public use toilets in the lobby.

The room was very modern with a very nice bathroom. We loved the little door in the bathroom that opened to the outside. Bed was comfortable. Location excellent. Would stay here again.

This hotel was beautiful, we were lucky to get a room with a patio that overlooked the lake. The grounds are gorgeous and walkable into town. One of our favorite hotels!

Great place to stay

Wonderful location in Annecy but in serious need of an upgrade. The pool and some parts of the hotel looked slightly better but really not meeting the mark of modern classic feel hotels. Balcony was a. Ice touch but was unfurnished which was odd and the in room tea/coffee options werent great either. If it wasnt for the location and parking we would not come back.

Really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful hotel. We were given an upgrade and had a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate our special occasion. Staff were all so nice. Perfect spot on Lake Annecy. Will definitely be back

Amazing view with lake view room! Quiet. Wonderfully relaxing spa. Nice restaurant with outdoor seating. Comfortable bed in really well situated room. The staff were polite and efficient.

great hotel my only issue was they had a glass piece which hurt my wife feet but they apologized and applied medication for her and gave us free breakfast in the morning but still glass piece is careless

A stunning hotel with a fantastic view of lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. Lovely spa too.

We stayed 4 nights here as a family of 4- it was exceptional. Service and attention to detail was excellent, we loved it. Location is great, room was massive. Loved every minute of our time here :)
