The room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom was incredible, with a large tub. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The on-property breakfast was easy and convinient. Great second stop for our honeymoon!

Clean room

We stay here regularly- the location is perfect in the historic area of Naples - close to plenty restaurants and shops. Good underground parking for our car, and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. We don’t do the breakfast, because we go to the cafe right next door every morning and love it.

Great location for restaurants, shopping and site seeing

Everything was nice and smooth, room was clean. Very good location close to grocery store (Dodeca) and very good restaurants. Try the pizza place close by it got a michelin star its phenomenal.

We didn’t get the room we booked on Expedia and hallways had horrible smell even after changing rooms. Both rooms didn’t have the view Expedia advertised. Staff there did their best.

Good central location. Nice rooms. Quiet and clean. Great gym. Central Naples can be a touch noisy as some of the locals seem to feel the need to toot their car horns at all hours. But overall a good hotel and close to amenities.

Great location and value for a family of four.

Didn’t like that there was no air conditioning or even fan, although the weather was warm. Slept with window open, but the street sure is noisy all night. Otherwise, our stay was nice and of course it’s a great neighborhood.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Napoli, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location was absolutely amazing—perfectly situated for exploring the city and close to everything you’d want to see and do. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, quick, and very convenient, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the thoughtful details, like the slippers provided in the room—it’s little touches like that which make a stay feel more comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you goes to Nicoletta, who truly went above and beyond during our stay. She made sure everything at breakfast was always fully stocked and fresh, and even kindly offered us bananas to take with us on our way out. Her care and attention did not go unnoticed and made our experience even more memorable.

The bed was not comfortable and air conditioning was not working as apparently there is some law that in Italy that they can't turn on air conditioning during the winter. We had to open the windows at night and it was too noisy. Breakfast was average also.

Spotless, very friendly and helpful team, excellent service in facilities, very nice amenities, loooved the spa!

Check in was with alesseo who was helpful and professional, and took only a few minutes. He gave us a couple of restaurant recommendations - we tried both during our stay and they were excellent tips. We were very happy with our room which was a good size, I note other comments about some areas being dated but that didn't bother us
