Great location, great room, comfortable matresses, good breakfast. Superb value for money

Room was cleaned but sheets never got changed after 4 days staying . Staffs were ok. Breakfast was ok but Not as good as we thought Air conditioning wasn’t working well , we requested a fan . The hotel location was excellent and access to everything ( shopping, attractions, walkable restaurants) . We recommended to the tourists who want to walk around and explore the city.

Had a great view of the castle from the room, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and staff attentive. The pool and sauna facilities were much welcomed. Would stay again.

Breakfast was average, room not serviced on a two night stay, Hotel in a good location close to old city.

Very good service. Room was nice and clean. We stayed only one night. It was very easy to get to and it's close to the center.

The hotel is in a great location, the room was a good size and had everything we needed. The shower was a little temperamental but it worked. We had breakfast included and there was a huge selection. I would give the breakfast a 7/10. The area around the hotel was lovely, very picturesque and it felt very safe. I would stay here again.

Good location and nice views. Due to the sheer volume of people in the hotel breakfast can feel busy and crowded. While our hotel room was nice, there were areas of the wall that had peeling paint from damp, some cracked tiles in the bathroom and a tap in the kitchenette which was on a broken worksurface so was wobbly. During our stay our room was not cleaned and we had not put any signage on the door - so that was disappointing. As such we had to request milk from the cleaner and were met with a tone of being an inconvenience. While we had asked the opening hours of the pool upon checking in, they failed to mention the last entry time. Overall, a nice hotel but there were elements which could have been enhanced

The hotel breakfast was very tasty. There was a large selection of hot and cold dishes. The food was good quality. We received free drinks at the reception bar... However, the bar was closed. There is a swimming pool, but unfortunately, it costs an additional fee – 15 euros per person. In our opinion, the price is too high. Usually, the swimming pool is included in the room rate.

Enough choices at breakfast.

The room was clean. Had a lovely view of the Danube river and the UFO. Great location. In the old town with bars and restaurants over the road. Bus station also over the road if you are looking to get transport it is really easy. Good facilities, although you have to pay extra for the wellness centre if you have a basic room. This was not stated on Expedia before booking. It was €15 extra per day to book the wellness centre or the hotel sent me a message via Expedia stating we could book the wellness centre for €10 for one day. The steam room was broken. The pool was open and they had two saunas. Good selection at breakfast. Some of the food was cold however. Had a good night sleep. Did not really hear people in the hotel which was good. There is a club under the hotel. The club was not open as we stayed during the week but I can imagine it getting a bit noisy on a weekend if your room is on the first floor.

Hotel in prime position for Bratislava old town with view of the castle and on the river Danube. Close to the bus terminal Monty SNP and tram stops. First time stopping at a Radisson hotel. We had a suite, great choice at breakfast and the Spa a bonus. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

Room, hotel, location, staff were all excellent. Only downside was the TV wasn't working, and the room had ran out of body wash.
