We booked two rooms. The first had completely broken air conditioning and was stiflingly hot. The toilet seat was up and all the drawers had been left open as if it had not been properly cleaned. The management plainly knew about the broken air conditioning as the room had electric (& completely ineffective) fans left by the previous occupants. Asked for a different room but were told that the entire hotel was full and overbooked by three rooms! No apology, just a “bad luck you got allocated the boiling hot room” attitude. Told we were allowed a refund (so they could give the rubbish room to one of the overbooked poor customers, no doubt). No refund or discount offered other than a bottle of wine with our dinner (we weren’t eating there so no use to us). Tired-feeling hotel. Swimming pool had numerous cracked tiles and one of the two entrance ladders was taped off due to damage. Tiny rooms, nicely furnished but no space and the air con in the other room had two settings: ferociously cold or off. Ironic when the other room was boiling. Won’t be returning. Wouldn’t recommend!

A place with a very significant meaning to my wife and I, this was our third trip here and the first time since Warner have taken over the establishment. The evening entertainment was fantastic and a real experience. We look forward to booking again. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and even with the unfortunate circumstance of a local fire causing a lot of smoke around the hotel the staff were exceptional dealing with dissatisfied customers when they had absolutely zero control of the fault.

Aircon out of order and after two room changes that were both known to have none working aircon I had to leave the hotel and pay for another room at a different hotel. I expect a full refund and I wish to cancel without penalty the booking I have in August.

We've stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed it each time. The aircon in the room was a big bonus in the extremely warm weather. Dinner and breakfast was great, the staff very helpful, and facilities at the hotel very good.

Absolutely lovely . All staff wonderful . Only negative was the buffet dinner . Not worth £32 . We went in 45 mins before the end and they didn’t replenish anything. We had the drag ends . AlSo check out is 10am , unusually early .

I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors.

We spent the weekend here and had a lovely stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel felt clean and comfortable. Easy to find and park. The spa was a really spacious, relaxing, and well maintained. The only minor downside was the view from our room, although that’s not really something the hotel can control. We were also a little disappointed that the spa appeared to close an hour earlier than expected on the Saturday evening. It’s possible I may have misunderstood the opening times, but I believed it was meant to be open until 9pm. I can’t comment on the hotel’s food since we ate out both days in Egham town centre - really lovely restaurants and great cinema (Everyman). Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay again.

Bedroom was very good. Balcony was great to watch the planes fly over head. Staff were mostly helpful. Inside pool was very cold. There was no instructions how to use the pool lockers. Breakfast was delicious.

Wonderful place to stay next to the Thames. Lovely evening meal and a quality breakfast. Not enough lifts, so we had to queue by the lifts with luggage to checkout. Majority of people staying were of retirement age and not able to carry luggage down the stairs.
