Quiet room, good breakfast, convenient to the lake

great location wonderful breakfest

Pros: very good range of foods for breakfast in a really lovely restaurant, very helpful and friendly receptionist on duty in the afternoon and evening. Nice terrace though it's by the road. Cons: the first room we had did have a view of the lake but over an ugly concrete shopping centre and the room was cramped. We moved to a bigger room but the bed was very hard and the shower was over the bath with no screen or curtain. There was a drainage smell from the Jacuzzi bath. The rooms definitely need refurbishing to bring it up to deserve a 4* rating. We went into the pub but it was cold and uncomfortable with the TV blaring showing tennis. We went into the grill which wasn't as nice as the restaurant and the service wasn't great. By comparison to two other 4* hotels we stayed in whilst in Slovenia this was not up to their standard sadly.

Excellent location! Amazing breakfast buffet! Staff was helpful and professional however we were greeted quite gruffly upon arriving early. We were prepared to simply check our luggage but were quite taken aback at this reception.

The hôtel is in a great location but it is in need of an update . The furniture, the decoration all the surroundings inside are dated, the beds are not comfortable at all , it was like sleeping in a hammock, the rooms are small, so is the bathroom . Does not deserve to be placed higher than à 3 star hôtel and I say this just because it has restaurant I was very disappointed for the price I payed

Staff were very helpful on our arrival. We had a great room overlooking beautiful Lake Bled. Breakfast & dinner excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel

Is located nearby to all the amenities and the beautiful lake which is only a short walk away. Serves good food enough to peak your interest for two meals before wanting to explore the culinary cuisines of Slovenia elsewhere. Clean rooms and friendly staff was great!

The bathroom needs an update

Great location so close to the lake & surrounding restaurants, bars etc. Pillows were lumpy and you had to slam the room door for it to close which was annoying. Rooms were a little tired & beds not comfortable but pleased to have the balcony even though our view was boring. Free car parking was nice, staff & breakfast was also nice enough. Rooms & bedding need some rejuvenation.

Conveniently located in town with nice views of the lake and castle. Staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast had several options and freshly prepared. Sparkling wine included!

Hotel is good value but the showers are way too small.

The hotel is right in the middle of town easy walking distance to public transit, hikes, stores, restaurants and bars. The folks at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. The room itself was perfectly comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a stay.
