Hotel made us wait long to give us rooms. Price is not worth the stay

Séjour assez agréable dans l'ensemble malgré plusieurs points négatifs dont des travaux de rénovation des chambres qui engendrent des nuisances sonores très fortes et la réception ne fait rien. très dommage de louer des chambres juste à côté vu le prix qu'on paye Points positifs : - 2 belles piscines avec suffisamment de transats et parasols à cette saison - belle plage bien aménagée - chambre rénovée agréable et lumineuse (les prestiges sont vieillotes et sombres et n'apportent rien de plus) - nourriture très correcte mais un peu répétitives surtout au niveau des desserts - personnel très agréables et serviables Points négatifs : - animations quasi inexistantes et de qualité médiocre. L'équipe déploie des efforts mais ils sont peu nombreux et n'ont pas de moyens surtout pour les animations du soir. N'y allez surtout pas pour ça. Grosse déception - Terrasse extérieure du restaurant très petite et en partie fermée le soir donc obligé de manger dans la salle très bruyantes qui fait cantine. Pas très sympa en vacances... - Travaux dans l'hôtel sous et autour de notre chambre de 7H45 à plus de 20H avec marteau piqueur, meuleuse...La réception n'a pas réagit et nous a même répondu de nous lever plus tôt pour ne pas être dérangé...On m'a certifié que cela allait cesser mais en fait non. On m'a offert des massages en compensation mais aucun remboursement pour les nuisances subit. Un peu léger vu le standing revendiqué de l'hôtel

No shampoo or soap in shower first evening . I was told they will get me some in the morning. Room too plain for the price. they provide the minimum. Was not impressed either the buffet food nor the service there. This was my second stay at this hotel I thought wound better or improved but it wasn’t. I will try a different hotel next time

Nice hotel with well appointed room.Bed is very comfortable. Food has extensive selection although quality while good didn't reach the high level of the neighbouring Iberostar.

Mohammed was amazing and they went out there was for my husband birthday

Staff was amazing everyone was so nice staff really supported all guests to the max. Would definitely come here again. The entertainment team was amazing. Chef too - he made me special meals for my health and was so accommodating.

The property was so good. When we arrived Mohammed really helped us! Throughout my stay this time they have been fantastic the staff all should get a pay rise so kind and attentive! Thank you

Very nice hotel. Lovely staff very attentive. Often limited in basics like providing drinking water to the rooms. However would definately stay again.

Stayed for 4 nights, booked independently, and very good value as it includes buffet breakfast and dinner. The food is amazing. We are vegetarian/vegan and the hotel has dishes clearly labelled. The hotel itself is very clean and luxurious, and our room was comfortable and spacious. The gardens are immaculately kept. Service is excellent from all the staff. We used the indoor pool before breakfast as it was very quiet, the outdoor pool was too cold at this time of year. The hotel has a pleasant beach but due to the weather we were unable to use it. To get to Sousse we used Bolt which cost 12 or 13 dinar. We walked to the port area which took around 25 minutes partly along the quiet cycle lane along the road. This hotel is used by travel companies so even off season it is busy. Getting a seat in the restaurant sometimes was tricky, and once you have a table it's best if someone stays at it as someone tried to take our table even though we had left personal items on the chairs; we witnessed this happening with other guests. Although the bed was comfortable we both found the pillows to be lumpy and gave us neckache, they definitely need renewed. Generally though we had a great time here and highly recommend this hotel. There is evening entertainment which changes daily plus lots of afternoon activities like yoga and archery.

Very amazing hotel

Rached spoke negatively about me to other employees during checkin. I complained to reception but they defended him. Discriminated against me. They had 89 rooms with walkin shower but they did not change my room to one of it. Front office manager refused to speak to me.

Just right for a nice short break yo enjoy the food, tranquility and the weather

After we got the room we asked for, the holiday was really good, the staff were very pleasant and friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. My only annoyance was the fact that we couldn’t use the jacuzzi as apparently this facility was for people who booked for prestigious rooms! An d if we wanted we could pay extra to get one of these rooms and we could use the other facilities! Personally I don’t agree with devision of people as it shows we are not equal so it’s like separating well off people from the not so well off people! And the well off ones get to use extra facilities! And also have their own private sun bathing area away from everyone else but they can use the same pool as everyone else does! Also they had their own private restaurant away from the not so well off people, Doesn’t seem fair to devide people like this in my opinion. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
